Wow I can’t believe I went from 490 pounds to now 245!! Yes it works here I am still going and eating right the changes are awesome I feel light I am lifting 25 to 30 pounds free weights I can’t wait to get to where I want to be

I’ve only been to this gym 2x & already more determined & motivated than ever in life, so ready to accomplish goals! I am so grateful for a high school friend for inviting me to train here! Ready to give up my 24hr fitness member ship & the cost you’d pay for the membership + personal trainer + childcare if needed! Would be more than $ 500 a month! yes I was lost in the gym didn’t know where to start, don’t like machines & when seeing trainers put their clients on the machines I was like wtf dude they don’t pay u for that! Give a class a try Saturday 7:30 — 8:30am $ 15!

I have been doing j netics for about 3 weeks now, and I can assure you that there is NOTHING else like this. I have spent years trying different diets, like weight watchers, and trying to count calories and going to the gym for two three hours, six days a week with no results. After these three weeks, I am able to fit into some of my old jeans, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Jay is an awesome motivator, and unlike many other programs, he wants you to eat, and eat healthy. I can’t wait for the next session on monday!

Once you come to J-​netics you will never leave. There is not a better coach in this town. J-​netics has changed so many life’s including mine. I lost 30 lb in the first 90 days of training. J-​netics really care about their clients and keeps you motivated to get the results you want. training is ½ hr 3x’s a week and there is also a hour class on Saturday mornings that’s a lot of fun. J-​netics will teach you about your food choices and how to achieve your weight loss goals. This is a small private gym that is not intimidating everybody is very friendly and caring. I am so grateful to have found Jay from J-​netics and have him in my life as a huge supporter. The training you get with him and his team is like no other. There is love and hard work in a place that becomes where you go to get in shape and sane. Jay is soin tune with you on every level that you get the perfect balance of kick your ass and love. He will stop at nothing to reprogram old and unhealthy ways of thinking.

This program teaches you the lifestyle of being fit. Keyword, LIFESTYLE!!! You must come in committed to want to dedicate to this! You train hard with heavy weights and gain strength you didnt even know you had! When your working this hard, you clean up your diet to acheive maximum results!
When it all comes together, its amazing transformations!
I recommend this gym for anyone who truly wants to get in shape!

i never write reviews !!! this time i had to !!! this gym has CHANGED MY LIFE as it did many other!!! my husband who never believed in a gym started about 3 yrs ago and is totally addicted! i have been training with Jay for over 5 yrs now and the results are incredible !!! i am a very bz mom of 2 little boys and a travel agent so i do not have time for lengthy days at the gym. This place does it all in 30 min X 3 days … cardio, weights and most important SUPPORT !!! I WENT FROM SIZE 18 TO 8 IN 10 MONTH !!! eating right is the most helpful part you can do for your self, not only during your exercise time or weekdays or weekends but as a LIFE CHANGE !!! The program and knowledge Jay has of a human body is not like any other gym or trainer and i have been to every gym, class, program and private at home trainers !!! THIS PLACE WILL CHANGE YOU… MUST GIVE IT A TRY !!!

This is without a doubt the BEST place to go if you are serious about getting in shape! I’m sorry I didn’t hear about J-​Netics before I wasted a lot of money on other weight loss programs. I’m losing weight and getting in shape. If you go to the workouts and follow the meal plan there is NO WAY you won’t look great in a very short period of tme! AWESOME!!!

It’s my church. I go all the time, love to be faithful and I have the best trainer in the world. he has forever changed my life. It is certainly a partnership and love the challenge Jay gives. I look and feel better everyday of my life. i cant’ thank Jay for all he has done. My life has changed dramatically since I have been going. Jay used to say ‘You’ll know it’s working when everyone asks you what your doing” and he is right! However, if you dont’ follow the food plan you won’t get results. It’s not only the workout, its the coaching on HOW YOU EAT. In any workout plan you have, people don’t look good by working out alone.

I bought into the hype of this training program last year and was there about 7 months or so. The workouts were challenging and although I lost a few inches of body fat I never got the results I wanted, even though I followed the eating plan and workout schedule diligently. I’ve gotten better results in the last 3 weeks than in 7 months at J-​Netics. An all-​strength & no cardio program just isn’t for me. Also, you’re discouraged from eating salads and fruit… c’mon now. Thanks but no thanks! I mean, if you like to eat protein 6 times a day and you want to walk around looking like a meathead, maybe this overpriced program is for you, but it’s definitely not for me!
