This is the best team of insurance agents you’ll ever work with. I am the worst customer. I never know when to pay my bills. They always call me before I lose any coverage. THEY CALL ME. They’re always really nice about it too. They make things better.

I have been a client of Janice Killian for close to 10 years and I could not be more pleased. As an Agent for State Farm Insurance, Janice represents one of the best Insurance Companies on the market today and has a vast number of insurance products to meet one’s needs. But more importantly, it is the service provided by Janice and her extremely well-​trained staff that is the real selling point. Over the years Janice has proven herself to be a kind and caring individual, and this is reflected in the service and advice she gives.

Janice Killian’s office is the best. I have my renter’s insurance through State Farm as well as my car insurance, and Janice is the best agent anyone could ask for! She is my parent’s agent as well and sincerely appreciates when whole families are utilizing her services and gives good family rates/​discounts. When I was in a car accident she sent me a hand written card in the mail wishing me a speedy recovery– that kind of personal touch was so sweet and really speaks to her character as an agent.
The girls that work her front desk and answer her phones are phenomenal. They respond to messages quickly, whether on the phone or via email, and are well versed with the current paperwork.
I was hit on my driver’s side door and the guy that hit me tried to get out of paying for my damages claiming I caused the accident. Janice’s team pursued him and made sure he paid in full for all my repairs at the repair shop of my choice.

Paying for top notch insurance can be pricey but that comes with the luxury without having basic problems. My car accident was a nightmare and it was taken care of so smoothly in a timely manner. I was surprised how attentive the office was when I called and emailed them. A prompt response was always given back. I have had bad experiences with prior insurance companies that I have not nor hope to experience with State Farm. I would never go elsewhere.
