Johnny On The Spot

I just experienced an amazinggggg cleaning job from this company. They are on time… personable…thorough…careful and definitely there to get the job done nicely to make you happy. I was so excited to see the true color of my carpet again… what a huge difference!!! These are the people to call on… especially when you have carpet stains such as cat urine and vomit from furballs. They got it all out and the smell too. Thanks guys! Two thumbs up!!!

Could I give negative stars? If I could, I would! I saw my neighbors area rug being cleaned at our condo complex and asked the man doing the cleaning what that would cost as we had a rug we’d like cleaned as well. He said well normally it’s $ 100 min but if it’s just for the rug he can do it for $ 50. He said he couldn’t do it today but to call Johnny (his manager) to find out when they’d be in our area again and could come clean the rug.
I called Johnny who said he’d need to talk to his employee then call me back to schedule a cleaning. GREAT! … I thought.
Johnny never called back.
So over a week later, I called him back, he answered and sounded embarrassed that he answered the phone. He admittedly forgot to call me back and said he was on a job but could call back around 7pm that night to schedule a cleaning appointment this week! Great!
Again Johnny never called back.
So that night I called back after not hearing from him, he didn’t answer, I left a message.
The following week I called him back mid-​day and again he didn’t answer, I left a message, he never called back.
Today now a couple weeks later I called again. And Johnny answered! He remembered who I was and said «oh well we have $ 100 minimum so we can’t clean your rug, I didn’t call back because it slipped my mind»
WOW talk about poor customer service. After waiting over a month for this appointment and being lead on by this poor excuse for a company he couldn’t even let me know they were unable to do the estimate I was promised?
My calls were clearly ignored. Johnny is a terrible business owner, I’ve notified my neighbors and hope anyone else reading this review would take their business elsewhere. Maybe to a company who actually care about keeping their word or service to customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The man who was cleaning my neighbors carpet seemed fine and nice but Johnny (the owner) spoils the entire business.

My wife and I are so happy with their work. We are having family for Christmas and decided in a pinch that we should clean. The very next day they were here on time and cleaned a large rug and also got the nasty black out of our kitchen floor grout and got it back to cream color. Such a difference. We will never use anyone else!

Johnny On The Spot was just here and cleaned my apartment! I wasn’t sure what to expect since I have never used his services but he was friendly and on time. He sprayed the carpet first for no extra charge and then steam cleaned it. Spent alot of time going over the carpet and moving furniture. It looks great! Fresh and clean ready for Thanksgiving! I highly recommend him!

Wonderful service, we needed it done at the moment we called and he came in 30 min. Wood, Carpet and Tile were all clean excellent.

Occasionally you come across a business or service that exceeds expectation and this is one of those times! I found Johnny of Johnny on the Spot to be professional, knowledgable, punctual and extremely pleasant! He called right before arriving to let me know he was on time, recommended an alternative way to clean my very stubborn couch that instantly calmed me and it turned out perfect! My carpets look amazing and he was in and out quickly and left things as he found them! I will be using Johnny on the spot for all of my cleaning needs and suggest that you do too!
