I don’t know why there so many bad reviews! this is the only McDonald’s you can go to where the food is actually hot they never screw up your order and they speak English. They are very accommodating for absolutely any customize order.

ALWAYS double check your order, especially in the drive thru, they mess up 90% of the time. . Today was the cherry on top, they gave me a cold, raw mcchicken patty. No lie, I already talked to the county health department and their corporate office.

Worse Mc Donald’s I always try to avoid. Because it’s only 2 minutes from me I typically cave in and always regret it. The associates are so rude and they always forget at least one item I’ve ordered. I would not recommend this one, keep driving!

I love this place! My husband and I don’t live far from here and we just finish ordering food to home and may I say the manager [I forgot to ask for her name and its night shift] she’s so lovely and nice! I decided not to get the fries cause I didn’t bring enough but she still gave it to us! We’re regular here and forsure we’ll be a loyal customer. Everyone here is lovely here day and night that I’ve been here! Keep it up everyone here!

This review is for the morning & afternoon hours of service for the Reseda McDonald’s on Sherman Way. * Ample Parking Space The nice feature about this store is the private lot behind the establishment, ensuring that you’ll have a parking spot ready for your car. There seems to be a portion of the lot that is a bit smaller, while the other half is a bit more maneuverable. I do try to avoid the evening hours as the nearby dark alley can be a bit uninviting. * Hit/Miss Cleanliness Effort Perhaps the store remains understaffed or it’s the style of management, but I do think that a bit more effort could be carried out with respect to keeping the tables/floors a bit cleaner and presentable, relative to other comparable establishments. That being said, it is an ok place to sit down and eat, if you don’t mind blowing off the usual tabletop crumbs and dealing with spotty, dingy seating. * Questionable Management Practices I tactfully remind new customers to always double check your orders(drive-thru or take-out) including the details on your receipt. Though I don’t have concrete proof in any form, through many of my consistent, poor customer service experiences with this store, I strongly feel that the employees(in collusion with managers) make a concerted effort to short change customers(i.e. give 1 apple pie, instead of 2) willfully and on purpose. It’s a store to simply swing by if you’re in the immediate area(just be on your toes); if not, it’s recommended to visit other McDonald’s stores(or the Carl’s Jr across the street), until management decides(highly unlikely imho) to carry out meaningful steps to address their backdoor, disconcerting practices.

I’ve been too many McDonald’s and this location has bad customer service! They are all idiots who work here. I swear I think McDonald’s only hires people with a low IQ level… Simply taking my order I feel like they give me such a dumb look and I feel stupid after. Bad customer service, ghetto and uneducated workers.

$ 1.79 for a Coke? Is this the only McDonalds in LA that charges more than a buck for a Coke? Well I won’t be stopping here again, 7 – 11 has a big gulp next door for 85 cents

This place is filthy and dirty; trash everywhere, and most of the tables were dirty. This is one of the FILTHIEST places I have been to. The soda fountain machine was filled with trash. This is a disgusting place to have lunch. I didn’t even eat anything because I could simply not stand how messy and dirty the place was.

What can I say??? Yes, I went to another micky d establishment and left sick… again. What could they be possibly putting in their food to cause such havoc on bellies? The drinks taste worse than ever and are like a thick syrup. The staff always does their best but its corporate that sets their lower level employees up for failure in every way… including life itself. Boycott time people.

Now I know this complaint won’t even effect the rep of McDonalds. Though here goes, they screw up all orders all the time. When ordering Ice tea they automatically give you sweat tea. This is more then once. Now If I where diabetic I would be dead right now. Two They leave item out all the time. From missing breakfast sandwiches and Lunch sandwich’s to French fries Once I had a employee smart off and say check you bag. I advised them you check the bag that is what you get paid for.

The reason why im giving 2 stars is because they were fast, other than that the food was cold and they misunderstood the order

I’ve got no problems with this McDonalds. The service was quick and easy ;] Although, they were out of one of the dips we usually get, that won’t make me give them a 2 star rating. The drive through has been obviously been extended, as it crosses an alleyway. In the back, they had nice flowers and trees with grass. I would say, maybe they put a little too much salt on the fries, but that’s fine.

Once again… if you read my reviews, you know I’m all about customer service. ANDTHISPLACEAIN’T GOTIT. OHMYGOD… It’s not my fault you hate your job. I didn’t ask you to work at McDonalds at the age of 40. I practically, I’m not even blowing this out of the water, PRACTICALLY had my food thrown at me after I asked for a BBQ sauce and Tatar sauce in the drive through. I had a neck brace on, so my motion was kind of limited. Unfortunately because of the neck brace, I reached out for the straw, hadn’t fully had a hold on it, dropped it and then sheepishly asked for another feeling kind of stupid that I dropped it, and received the look of disgust, as if I’ve sat in her drive through way to long and maybe had asked her to sleep on her couch, use her toilet, and dry myself off with her towel. ITISNOTMYFAULTYOUHATEYOURJOB! Service with a mother effing smile please… I have to do it at my job, you should do it at yours… … Practically threw my food at me…

They served me cold oatmeal. Got a mile down the road and was really disappointed that my meal wasn’t edible. Ugh. Epic fail. Service was great. Smiles at both windows. Unfortunately smiles didn’t realize she was holding a cold container of oatmeal before she sent it out…

This McDonald’s could use a lot of improvements, because the Carl’s Jr. across the street is plenty better. Price: average McDonald’s price, Quality: average McDonald’s food quality, but the time i went there that i am writing about was not a good one. We had ordered 3 combos, and they were ready on time, we went home only to find that one of the sodas was wrong, and on top of that one of the sandwiches was missing the top bun, and not that its hard to make a sandwich but i would imagine the bun to be a priority and unforgettable. Location: the parking lot is behind the restaurant, so is the drive through entrance, so to get to it, is a 100+ foot drive through a windy parking lot, where people get in your way. Also since its right next to the street, the play area is there to and it blocks people from seeing cars going back onto the street and it blocks cars from seeing people on the street and many near accidents have occurred where many a driver not paying attention because hes checking his bag for missing buns, has almost hit me and others.

That’s right, I’m giving this McDonald’s three full stars, and I’m going to tell you why: After getting off on Ventura Blvd on our way to Oxnard from San Diego to fill up, we decided that it was the perfect opportunity for us to try the ‘planking’ of McDonald’s: coneing. If you live in a cave and are unfamiliar with the concept, YouTube it. The first McDonald’s we found on Ventura was was out of soft serve. Seriously? WHATKINDOFMCDONALDSRUNSOUTOFICECREAM? So our next 24-hr option was about a 10 minute drive over to Reseda, to this one. Having practically lived on Sherman Way all year, it was funny to be so close to home as part of our road trip, but we were determined to accomplish our mission before getting back on the freeway. At this point Amanda hadn’t joined us yet, so it was Carisa, Crystal and myself who all ordered three McFlurries and a vanilla ice cream cone.(I expected that it would be so messy I wouldn’t even be able to eat the ice cream when the deed was done, though I later found that to be untrue) So we pull up to the window, pay, and she hands me the McFlurries, which I turn and give to Carisa(who’s secretly videotaping this), and then the moment comes: the woman holds out the ice cream cone and I grab the ice cream swirl as she says«Oh!» with surprise, I thank her, and we slowly drive away hearing her giggles and seeing her turn to her friend smiling and say, «Did you see that?» We all practically died of laughter. I like to think we made the late night shift a little more entertaining for her that night, because I know we’ll never forget it. Oh, and they gave us an extra McFlurry on accident. That, my friends, is why this McDonald’s gets a full 3 stars in my book.

I could have sworn that I reviewed this place already but maybe not. Bad customer service, except for Sun when I was there the guy that took my order was nice. I don’t like this fast food place period so I have nothing good to say about any of their locations.
