I had a problem with a «new to me» HP CM2320fn color laser multi purpose printer that I acquired used. I called Microserve Technologies because they do printers only and specifically HP printers. They were very patient on the phone and worked out a house visit schedule quickly.
Maurice arrived promptly and was friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared with the right parts. He was very methodical and fixed/​cleaned the mechanical transport system and then he upgraded the firmware and made several changes to settings to make the printer work better. They took care of all this for a low fixed labor cost plus parts, and no travel time charge. This is about as good as it gets. Totally happy with the service.

I work for NBC and we’re too busy to have down time due to printer failure. MicroServe Technologies has been called out for printer repairs for years. Our tech is Maurice. He is extremely knowledgeable, quick, honest and friendly. When we place a service call, he is usually here within hours. Maurice usually knows what the problem is just by getting the description of the error over the phone, so when he gets here, he’s always prepared with all of the parts necessary for the repair. This avoids return visits and longer down time. When there have been unusual circumstances with repairs, if he cannot repair it the same visit, he provides us with a loaner printer and sets everything up until he can completely repair the broken machine.
