Payless Shoesource

I have to say, we usually don’t stop there by but I had to get some ballerina flats for my baby; their customer service was excellent. Don’t know in general about their selection but I got what I wanted.
Very impressed!

I normally don’t do Payless as I don’t think its much cheaper than anywhere else, however I did the BOGO sale and purchased my daughter a pair of cheer shoes and my son a pair of captain america slip ons (vans type style) and I paid approx 26 $. The sales associate was really nice and patient as I an totally indecisive sometimes.

Perfect customer assistance. Never had better. Went in for a pair of flip flop n came out with tennis shoes too. Thanks for all your help tonight.

I still can’t find anything in your store. AND Prices are still cheap. Somehow the experience is not a bad as it could be.
I came here to buy dress shoes. After scouring around, I was completely helpless and needed assistance. The shoes are organized by shoe size, but the shoes themselves are scattered randomly around the whole block. After calling the Manager, he quickly found the shoe I needed with little struggle. Perhaps, you have to work there or come here often to get a feel for where the shoes are.
The shoes fit perfectly and were very comfortable. Only 24.99. Afterwards, the manager got my email address and told me that he would email me a 15% discount off the next purchase. I just received the email, and I do not know what I am going to buy.
Overall, it was a great experience. I found the shoe I needed at the price I wanted. However, the store is very disorganized and everything is difficult to find.
