Had a staff meeting, ordered the pizza at 11:20 and it is currently 2:00pm and the order was never received! I made a phone call at 12:40 spoke to Madelyn and she said she spoke to the driver and we would receive it within ten minutes! It has been now an hour after I made the phone call and still nothing. We would appreciate it if they called us and informed us about any inconveniences. This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd!

Had a terrible experience tonight. We’ve been ordering pizza from this Pizza Hut for over 15 years — never had any problems and the pizza is always good. Tonight was a lousy experience and I blame the manager. We called ahead and prepaid for our order. I sent my teenaged daughter in to pick it up while I waited in the car. The manager working the cash register completely ignored her and let people cut in front of her. After 15 minutes she spoke up to say she was in line to pick up an order. They wouldn’t give her the pizzas without an ID and credit card even though she was my daughter. So I went in and got the same treatment. I was ignored. The person in front of me got the wrong order. After being ignored for awhile I insisted, loudly, that I wanted my prepaid order. A teen aged employee brought me the order and said I had to show an ID and a credit card. My ID was out in the car and my husband had paid with his credit card. I finally got so mad I grabbed my order from the guy and stormed out. The manager laughed at me as I was on my way out the door, so now I’m giving her a bad review on Unilocal. Oh and by the way, they screwed up our order, too. The pizza sucked. I’m not happy.

This location doesn’t do the advertised deals. Twice I’ve gone asking for deals I saw on tv and both times they didn’t provide that deal. If you want any sort of special go to another location.

The staff works hard at this location. Especially when they are flooded on the weekends with both in person and over the phone customers. Love that they can look up previous orders so that I don’t have to repeat myself every time I come in. Garden pizza is good with buffalo sauce even when I order pizza without cheese. Thumbs up.

My girlfriend and I had guests over a couple days ago, we decided to order 2 pizzas and wings. The delivery was supposed to take 45 mins, after waiting an hour we called to check up & of course they inform us that it should arrive shortly. We waited another half hour called again, same news, then another hour went by so I called again. That’s when the delivery finally showed up, after we were already starving. Of course they forgot to include our wings which is very irritating, can’t even get the order correct. Then they pursued to let us know that they were still charging us for the wings that we never received. I called and spoke to the manager Stacy who was by far the most rude lady I’ve ever spoken to. She was cold, short with answers and refused to provide any customer service. The delivery guy told us to call corporate and ask for a refund. Stacy told us to call the next day and ask for the general manager, and when I did that, she hung up on me. Very professional Stacy. She shouldn’t be manager of any company. Such bad representation. I paid money for food I never received, I wish I just ordered from another pizza place. That was the last time I’ll ever order from Pizza Hut again in my life.

I waited 3 hours and it never came, but I did not sleep before making a complaint to corporate. I called the next day to see if they could at least re-attempt the pizza delivery, but they said they already refunded me and I’d have to make a new order. They also lied, saying they called before leaving. 1-star for that over and over again. Thankfully, corporate gave me a free pizza coupon a few days later. This update is for that pizza. I will be fair and say that this one came in half an hour, and looked/tasted as good as a Pizza Hut pizza ever could. I made another purchase within the next month and was also surprised that this pizza was good and came on time. That impressed me enough to bump this place up a star. Though I will still avoid this restaurant at every opportunity, if I am desperate and there’s a great deal, I may cave and order here again.

Very rude customer service by one of the girls that work here. My pizza was ready and she took her sweet time organizing her station and doing anything else before next finally getting my my pizza that was already paid for. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers that you have to serve. Too bad I didn’t get her name.

There was an issue with my order but everyone was very helpful. I mentioned that I had ice cream melting in the car and the manager offered to put it in the freezer for me. He also didn’t hesitate to give me a free cookie dessert for my trouble. Accidents happen so it’s all about how you handle it. Good job Pizza Hut!

Horrible experience at this location please buy the pizza from somewhere else. I ask them to make a pizza for me an hour ago when I went to pickup it says on there TV ready. And cashier Cristina was looking for my pizza can not find and she said have to make one for you. Not even bother to say sorry. While I was waiting non of the employees talk or say sorry for delay and they were playing around with some jokes. This was not acceptable which my pizza not baked well they not even bother to cut it properly which I have to tear the pieces. I hate this location of Pizza Hut.

New in the neighborhood and ordered pizza and wings, hot wings, with ranch. We are faithful Pizza Hut fans! We were starving and the order arrived, no ranch, even though we were charged extra for it. We called in about it and thought they would at least send the ranch out with some comped wings, since we were already charged for it. The manager, Jonathan, didn’t seem to care about it at all, didn’t apologize, and offered to send the ranch out whenever he could find a driver. We said we wouldn’t even have any wings by then, he said«so do you want the ranch?». We said«I guess?» and he hung up. We called back and said never mind forgot it and were going to ask for a credit at least for the ranch that we paid for, but the manager hung up before we could. Guess we will be ordering dominos from now on. Wow.

Ordered a big box for carry out. Went to pick it up. Was told driver took it by mistake. Waited 15min for new pizza to be made. It was the wrong one. Waited another 15 for«cinnamon sticks» received a cold pizza and cold wings. Didn’t even get the blue cheese I ordered either. Worst service. We order from this location frequently because they are right down the street and the food is always nice and hot when it arrives. Tonight we used the timer on Pizza Hut’s website to track our pizza and it got her with 10 min to spare. Well done Pizza Hut, well done
