WARNING! AVOID!
If I could I would give this place no stars. I’m going to get to the point. This place offers horrible service. They do not quote you properly. (For example, installation cost will not be included when you specifically asked for it.)
The worse part about this place is that if it doesn’t take them DAYS to reply they will take WEEKS if not MONTHS!
Again I’ll finish this off with: AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Unless you want to wait forever for your work to be done and get ripped off.

CAUTION: avoid this place if you can!
We took our small 2×4′ neon sign to be repaired due to a crack in the glass. We were originally quoted $ 100 for the new piece to be recreated. After dropping the piece off to a man with a goatee and an accent, we were told we would have the piece repaired within 2 weeks!
6 MONTHS LATER, after dozens of unanswered phone calls and unreturned messages, and 3 or 4 random daytime drive by stops, we finally get word the piece has been fixed!
Apparently the issues were:
Glass thickness
Glass color
Adapter
Etc.
Basically, he had to REMAKE the ENTIRE SIGN. However, it would have been nice if he had mentioned this before I dropped it off to be repaired.
Needless to say, instead of the $ 100 we were quoted to fix one small segment of the sign that was broken, we were FORCED to pay for an entirely new sign to be made, as well as the electrical portion of it because the glass he used to remake the entire sign was too big for the electrical part to push the energy through.
What was $ 100 became $ 250, and 6 months of ridiculous hounding and borderline STALKING of this man and his tool of a receptionist.
AVOID!!!

Horrible service. Keep leaving messages and they take forever to get back to you with updates. Still waiting to get our sign for a business in NoHo. I would not recommend this company at all.
