I LOVE THIS SUBWAY!
This is the ONLY Subway store I will eat at. The owner Nayanika and her crew are AMAZING! They get to know you by name, and take extra time to be sure they get your order just the way you like it. Thamara, Nicky and Xenia are so friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and spotless… and they are open 24 hours! This Subway even goes the extra mile selling their breakfast items all day long. Customer service is very important to this owner, and it shows!

Thus place is awful! The girl who helped me took out wheat bread and put the meat on it. When I asked her what was going on, she was rude. She said I told her I wanted wheat bread. I told her I never said bread, nor did she ask.
What happened next was I’m sure a violation of health. She took the meat off the bread and PUT the bread away in the bread holder to use on someone else!
The food was delicious but service was awful and it’s in a horrible area!

This is my favorite subway location! Always spotlessly clean, nice employees, delicious subs. The owner is very hands-​on and receptive to complaints and compliments. Parking isn’t always easy, but still worth the wait.

Angel makes amazing sandwiches. Very helpful and answered many of my sandwich questions. Def, would come back.

Its subway what can I say? 24 hour spot– Kudos. If I want a sanwich in the middle of the night I go here. Food is always fresh and staff is always nice.

This subway is 1 of my favorites. Overall, Subway is nothing particularly special. Only their prices. Although this branch really does try and they keep the standard high which I always appreciate since it is food!

I’ve been eating at subway since i was 13. I even lost weight by eating this healthy food. At this time I work at nights and I got to subways at night. So I come to this subway today at 3am, to get my regular sandwich. Now i already called the corporate office about this issue and the manager of this location has contacted me. First of all, like i said previously I had been going to subway for 10 years now and never experienced nothing like it. They were cutting onions in the back and its almost imposssible to make an order, because the onion burns your eyes. I feel very bad for the person who’s cutting it, because i dont think they get paid enough to get their eyes burnt. It’s toruture, i saw the guy come out and his eyes looked swollen and red. I have made a report to the manager, but she said theres no other way to do it. So my question is, clients that come after hours are mistreated then the costumers that come during the day. why i have to suffer if I’m paying the same as everyone else, and getting my eyes burnt. If there was a zero rating i WOULD put it. This particular location deserves it!!!

This Location is really bad. They are rude here and I’ll tell everyone I know not to go to this subway location.

The food is Subway, and it’s standard issue decent. The problems here are structural. Tiny little shop. No elbow room. No place to wait inside when it’s blazing or drizzling, really. Parking a headache. Sit down eating? Just a couple of tables, otherwise fuggedabout it.
There’s better outlets. Of course, you can always admire the traffic on Vanowen as it roars by.

This review is to warn vegetarians. The franchise owner of this location does not consider you a customer. She does not include the veggie delight in the December customer appreciation promotion. You can go to any other subway and they include the vegetarian option in the promotion, so beware…

Pro’s: Clean store, friendly staff, 24 hours, they are super fast… you are in n out in no time.
Con’s: Horrible parking, at nights there are homeless people that always asks for money and don’t leave you alone.
They are not getting the 5 star only because of the parking lot. Other than that it’s a great subway and I love the people that work there.

All the locations are great and this one was no different. The gentlemen that prepared my sandwhich was very pleasent and he smiled, I like when employees smile makes the experience that much more pleasing. I went in there early morning so I got in and out quick. I got their flatbread with egg whites which is always delicious (:

The parking lot is a mess, but I usually walk from work anyway. They’ve always been really friendly with a funny cast of characters behind the counter. The owner is pretty mean though. The employees seem to hate her.
