Mixed feelings. He’s mis read my blood test two times (and missed higher liver levels and other important areas). On a hunch I went to a new GI and he confirmed that I was right
He did have great alternatives for colonoscopy prep. But terrible bed side manner

Dr. Blosser’s procedure was flawless. I will however give the office a low rating. They put you on hold for a very long time, the receptionist, billing office, appointment managers and other staff are rude and inefficient.
I am due to have another colonoscopy in five years and I will not go to this facility because of the business office. Dr. Blosser should call and try to make an appointment to find out how difficult it is to go through the process.

I had been having difficulty swallowing food so I went to see the gastroenterologist. I met with the nurse and she immediately recommended me for an endoscopy. I barely even met Dr. Blosser that day, and then only saw him briefly prior to the procedure. The procedure went well, and 6 weeks later I got my results in the mail. The reason for the low marks is that I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me on the phone to review my results since I had some questions. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, the secretary told me the nurse sent me all the info I needed and didn’t need to speak to me. How ridiculous is it that they can take your money but cannot even give you the results of your procedure?
