Did an excellent job on a dental implant on my lower left rear molar. The procedure was over before I knew it!

Great Dentist. I’ve been a patient of Dr Brian Clark for over 20 years and have always had a pleasant experience during my visits. The office staff is top notch and extremely pleasant! Dr Clark is extremely talented! He recently extracted a number of my front teeth and I now have a great dental bridge and for the first time in a long time I like to smile. Seeing a dentist is not something I really want to do, so for me seeing Dr Clark relives my anxiety. I believe he always does what is in my best interest and I trust his judgement and work.

This office now called Clark, Delaney, & Tsang. I would avoid them at all costs. Especially if you don’t want any unexpected bills. I went in for my regular 6 month check up and the hygienist said it was time for my xrays. Next thing I know I was getting a bill. It was only for $ 70 dollars luckily not $ 700 but I called my insurance because normal check ups with in-​network dentists are covered at 100%. The insurance said they took my xrays too soon. I called and Dr Clark basically said it was my responsibility to know what my coverage was. I have never heard of such a thing. This was a regular check up. My dentists have always known my coverage of what is covered and when. To me this was very shady. This was not my first time at the dentist and I’ve never had to call ahead prior to my appointment and find out what the dentist had planned and then call my insurance to make sure it’s all covered prior to my appointment. Which is essentially what Dr Clarke was telling my I should do. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO MY OWN PRE-​AUTHORIZATIONS! STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE SHADY!
