Ez Storage

Albert and Marna were super friendly and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions when we visited and were quick to provide assistance. Thank you!

Al and Marna (pronounced Mar-​nay, like Manet), are extremely professional; the facility is very clean, organized and runs with a military like precision. Al and Marna get 5 stars, but EZ storage is not the most reasonably priced option, so I gave it 4 stars on this basis. If you can afford EZ storage, they do not disappoint.

Wouldn’t recommend this facility. There are WAY too many other, better, more customer oriented, facilities around. My bank decided that my cc had been compromised and sent me a new one. I totally forgot to change the card with these guys. They charged me late fees. I called and spoke to a manager and, despite the fact that it costs them $ 0 to attempt to charge with expired cc info, they would not budge on the «fees.» Maybe they don’t feel they make enough money already? This happened to two other entities that I had autopay with on that cc. The other companies were very gracious, understanding and waived the fees. Like I said, it doesn’t cost them any extra money as a bounced check would. Yes, they are running a business, and, yes, it’s an inconvenience, but it’s also very convenient and cheaper for a business to accept autopay via a cc — cost of doing business. Go elsewhere, where you’ll be treated as a human not a numbered account.

My wife and I are currently renting three units with EZ Storage in Reston. Frankly the reason we use EZ Storage over their competition is their good management at this location, Paul and Tammy LeBlanc. We have used storage companies in four different states, but have never found the management anywhere else so helpful and easy to deal with. The storage units and clean, climate-​controlled, and secure, and easily-​accessible 24 hours a day. But it’s the local management that makes the difference for us.

I love EZ Storage! Not only are Paul and Tammy polite and helpful, but they are always around to answer questions and give my access code to me when I forget it. :)
Granted, their prices are a little higher than some other places, and it was a consideration when I shopped for storage units. However, the access to my stored belongings is monitored and restricted– something I am happy with since it keeps my stuff safer overall. I’m cool with that!
