Mojy is the BEST! Her classes are amazing with great energy and motivation.

I have to say that it was the best experience I have had.
My pains were gone, I burned calories, class times were grea, the location and the amenities of the studio fit me perfectly.
I defenetly recommend it for all family members.
She is patienate about what she teaches and her instructors are just great as well.

Mojy is a true professional trainer who knows what she’s doing. She gives you a full body kick butt workout, but you don’t even realize you are doing it! That’s the key… a tough work out that is fun! She also adds on extra value benefits by offering nutrition options and lifestyle coaching. She absolutely helps you get the results you are looking for… and more importantly teaches you how to keep them!

Mojy and Barbara are both amazing pilates trainers. I started going to their classes last week and already completed 4 classes! Mojy was so welcoming of us into her home and gave us the critique we need to get a great workout, while staying safe and conducting the positions with proper technique and form. Both instructors have different styles, which also helps to change up the workout. Barbara pushes you to your limit and focuses on key areas you aim to tone and get leaner muscles. The class times are very reasonable given my busy work schedule as well. The equipment is always clean and in it’s proper place. They even provide you with clean grip socks, towels, and water bottles for each session. I would recommend anyone in the area to at least sign up and do a week of sessions! They are both so amazing and I already feel trimmer and in better shape!

Mojy and her classes are terrific! She is warm and kind, but her workout is no joke. You will work you hard and for sure be sore. The small group format allows for plenty of individual attention and there’s great energy from the other participants.

Do not miss this… Mojy is AMAZING! Not only will you get the workout of your life from a very talented and knowledgeable instructor, but you will meet a person so kind, caring and attentive that you will thank your lucky stars. She is full of beneficial information and truly wants to help everyone that walks through the door. Most highly recommended.

Mojy’s ExpressoFit is unlike anything I have ever experienced before… I am an avid gym goer, attending gym classes anywhere from 4 – 5 times a week. Mojy’s classes are held in her beautiful, home filled with wonderful light. Halfway through the class, I almost forgot that I was in a room with other people. I felt like I was getting a one-​on-​one session. She is always close by offering tips and adjustments to keep you in correct form and, most importantly, keeping you safe from injury.
I love Mojy’s energy… she is extremely fun and personable while making sure you are always challenging yourself. Her incorporation of cardio makes sure you are getting a full-​body workout every time. I AM ADDICTED!!! For anyone looking to transform their body, Mojy’s is the place!

Mojy is the best! She is super enthusiastic about getting you into the shape you deserve to be in which makes her a true motivator. Her machines are customized for maximum usage and are not as scary as they look! She comes from a Bikram yoga practice background, and understands the importance of perfecting postures to align the body. If you want quick results, then I highly recommend taking her class!

Ok. so first of all I am usually averse to exercise «classes». I’d rather get in. get out. bye bye. And that is because periodically I have taken classes and noticed the trainer up there isn’t really paying attention to you. Unless of course you pop the big bucks and get her/​him one-​on-​one. and even then, its hit and miss for me.
Here is what was amazing about Mojy’s workout. She is one big explosion of life and bubble, LOVES what she does and is probably the BEST trainer I have ever had. I mean it !
She has a way of explaining things that just makes sense. YOU GET IT!!! And somehow I think she has x-​ray vision, she doesn’t let you get away with anything. Somehow — and I have no idea how she does it — she know exactly what you are doing wrong, and just the right pointer to put you back on track.
What is amazing about her training is that she does it in a small group environment — only up to 6 — which gives her the possibility of one on one attention — without the big bucks. really easy on the wallet. By far the most affordable Pilates I have ever seen — This includes London and Los Angeles!
The class itself is an oasis of peace. opening into her beautiful garden, serene and peaceful. I think her secret is that she loves what she does and takes extra care for each client to experience the same.
If it is Pilates you are looking for — this is definitely the way to go. You’ll love her.

While I was visiting Washington, Virginia. I found Mojy’s ExpressoFit.
The studio is in her home, you walk into her beautiful back yard before you enter, Into a very positive and peaceful atmosphere, where Mojy made me feel more than welcome.
I highly recommend this studio, as I have done Pilates in the past, but I have to say her technique and routine exceeded my expectations, because it was the most unique form of exercises I have ever done on the Reformer, I felt safe in her hands, as I felt taken care of the whole time.
I recommend to everyone from beginner to advance to experience Mojy’s ExpressoFit.
