I sent them a link where they could download my previous images, but they were not able to do that due to issues on their end. So I asked if they could copy my previous images from my flash drive while I wait. It should just take a minute. They said no. I had to drop off the flash drive and come back another day to pick it up.

Very timely. I’m claustrophobic and the staff were very sweet and helpful. Took good care of me. Felt like they really cared. Proffesional.
