Terrible, Terrible, Terrible… My poor pregnant wife who can speak moderate English and lacks knowledge in Medical terms, and although I was beside her all the time to fill in any gaps, was told (by Dr Ngyuen) to find another doctor! Why? because Dr Ngyuen did not want to take the time to explain and put any effort in communicating. Although I was there to fill in the gaps all the time. My wifes English is moderate, but she does not know medical terms, and Dr Ngyuen did not want to deal with it. She didnt even take the time to answer our questions. From the third visit we were told to find another doctor!!! We did not fit Dr Ngyuen’s model of a 5 minute patient… Additionally from the first visit I noticed Dr Ngyuens temper and anger, she is an impatient person, that can be rude when communicating with others… It is sad to see the death of human conscience with some doctors, very sad… By the way, my wife is an educated Engineer who has only been in the States for a few months and this was shocker for her.

I have seen Dr. Nguyen at the Arlington location and the Herndon location. The location at the hospital in Arlington is nicer, however you had to pay for parking. The staff at Arlington seemed stressed and very busy. The staff at the Herndon location is super and accommodating. The location is not fancy but they really keep it clean and smelling nice. I like Dr. Nguyen because she is fast and thorough. My appointment was for 3:15 and I was out by 3:45. I do not have children, so I can’t comment on the OB part, but I am as happy as one can be when you need this type of doctor.
