On Time Carpet Cleaning Service

DON’T make an appointment with this place. If I could give it a 0 I would. I was moving out of my apartment and scheduled a cleaning from 5−7pm on the day I had to be out. At 6pm I had not heard anything so I texted the number that had sent me a confirmation text earlier that morning. The response I received was, «The techs that was suppose to do your carpets van broke down today, we apologize for any inconvenience.» When I called to ask how they were going to fix the situation, the guy said I should just contact another company. This place is a joke… Take his advice from the start and contact another company!

The owner of this business lacks professionalism and does not value quality customer service. I booked the appointment about three weeks in advance and requested a morning time appointment, I was assured that this was not a problem and the cleaners would arrive in the morning. The day of my appointment I received a text message notifying me that my appointment slot was between 5 – 7 PM. I called and re-​requested a morning time appointment like I had originally been guaranteed and was told that it would not be possible for the cleaners to come before 5 pm (keep in mind, I made a request for a morning slot three weeks prior to my appointment). Upon booking this appointment I also explained the state of my carpet and asked which service I would need. When I explained that the carpet is in generally good shape, there are just a few dust accumulation spots around the areas that heavy furniture was located I was informed that the $ 99 carpet cleaning would be sufficient and would remove these marks. After the gentlemen finished cleaning my carpets I did a walk through a noticed that my carpets looked no different than they had before they were «cleaned.» The dust accumulation marks were just as present as before. I called the owner of the business to explain the issue and remind him of our conversation when booking this appointment. He denied ever telling me that the $ 99 service would meet my needs and I should have upgraded to the stain removal service. He was unpleasant to work with and I am more than satisfied with the service he provided. You get what you pay for, and One Time Carpet Cleaning Service was a waste of money.

The one star is for the guys that showed up. They were nice and although there was an issue with their cord and a spark when they tried to plug in their cleaner, it could have still gone well. However, I called their boss and told them I was asking them to leave. You don’t schedule to be somewhere from 10 – 12, then send a message days later saying 1 – 3 and then show up at 5. That’s straight up dumb. And I’m dumb for letting them in.

We are in the process of moving out of our rental home, and of course you know that means getting the carpets cleaned along with other requirements. While doing a search online for good deals, I ran across this locally owned company that offered a move out special — the whole house for $ 99!
The guys were a bit late, but I cannot say nice enough things about them. Even though it was late in the day, it was really hot outside and they hadn’t eaten since who knows when, they were courteous and efficient. About 1000 SF done in a little over 30 minutes. The carpet looks great! I would use them again for sure.
