I can’t say enough good things about Ortiz Construction. They did an amazing job with my kitchen redo — on budget and on time. Rick was upfront about costs and any delays that may come from new requests or expansion of scope. His workers were professional and respectful. My kitchen turned out so beautiful, it is now being profiled in a magazine.

It took 6 months for a simple project to be done. Once done, it wasn’t great. Marks on the wall, crooked flooring, etc. Never again.

We had Ortiz Construction renovate our Reston townhouse kitchen late Fall 2013 and we are completely satisfied with their customer service, professional work, and willingness to work with us to get the best kitchen. Mr Ortiz is well experienced and his architecture experience was welcomed. Angie Ortiz also was a superstar ensuring all the work was done on schedule and with excellent quality. Our new kitchen is almost a year old and everything works perfectly and looks perfect. We are now renovating our bathrooms with Ortiz and are looking forward to more pleasing work, wether tile, carpentry, or finish work. I highly recommend Ortiz.
