Quality Floor & Home – Reston

We went to this business based on the overall reputation of the Carpet One name. The original experience was excellent. Kevin was helpful and knowledgeable, and the installation was done in a timely and professional manner. We placed a second order for the same carpet, which we paid for, with the agreement that the carpet was to be delivered to our home for installation at a later date. Unfortunately, when I followed up to schedule the deliver, it appears they have gone out of business in all the related locations! I have not been able to contact anyone at ANY of the numbers posted on the doors of the locked stores. We are currently out $ 2500+.

Walked into this store after visiting American Carpet and Home Depot. Night and day difference. Kevin was straightforward and honest in quoting me a phenomenal deal with a good quality nylon carpet from Mohawk. I mean 50% of the cost of the other two. And best of all, he was able to do it in the timeframe I needed (48 hours) for carpet he had in stock. Everything from the install appointment to the actual install were done exactly as he had described. I was ecstatic that the installers were courteous with real installation skills. They didn’t damage anything and completed my studio within 2 hours. The cleaned up well, and I’m still shocked that I got such an excellent price and deal. Don’t waste time with other carpet stores. Go see Kevin!

Kevin et al were fantastic! Helped me go back and forth with my insurance many times after a flood in my basement. They were very flexible, accommodating, proffessional etc. I am very happy wth customer service, the product and the install job.
Update: We messed up our floors now a year later. Kevin was incredibly helpful and I cannot believe what a fantastic repair job his crew did!

Overall wonderful experience considering these types of projects causes stress. I live in a condo and needed new flooring. I knew about what I wanted and I decided to forgo the less expensive Home Depot and LL route and go with a local chain that has been in the area for many years. I worked with Kevin at this location and he went above and beyond in my opinion. I had to wait a lengthy period of time from my HOA and they had reservations regarding my choice of materials but Kevin talked and met with the president of my HOA without complaint. The installers are subs but I was assured that they are the same ppl they have used for years and I trust that. The installers were professional and courteous. The company called to confirm my dates and the installers showed at the times they promised. The home was left in clean condition after each day and at the end of the project. I am certain I could have saved a buck elsewhere, but this was too important and I do not mind spending money when it comes to quality of materials and installation. The pictures speak for themselves.
