Called and they got my to/​from info and called back to confirm they can come 20 minutes exactly as promised. Very clean minivan and got me where I needed in time. Will be my go to for taxis from now on.

We have used this taxi service many times and frequently at odd, hard times. Always has been on time, very friendly and courteous. Checks in and adjusts for changes in your travel plans. Won’t use anyone else!

I requested a taxi from Herndon to Dulles Airport and was quoted a cost of $ 20 because it was a short trip. However, based on the rates that are listed on the website, the actual cost would’ve been less than what I was quoted. If you’re going to penalize customers for having short trips, it should be posted on your website. Honestly, I feel like it’s a ripoff. I take taxis frequently to/​from the airport and I’ve never been quoted a set price because of the distance. Safe to say, I will not be a customer of your service in the future and feel others should know.

Based on the great reviews, I went to their website to book a taxi for a pick up to Reagan airport at 0645 on a Monday. Not terribly early or a particularly strange time, right? I did this more than 24 hours in advance.
The good news is they called me… but the bad news is they called to tell me they don’t have any taxis available. Hunh? Almost two days ahead of time?
I think I have to agree with Jose E. They probably just decided it wasn’t worth coming to my location to drive to Reagan.

No taxis available at a certain time? Seems like these guys pick & choose when they want to work. Confirmation of a ride to your destination only after they find out what time you need one & where you are going. Beware of this company all you would-​be travellers out there.

As a female who frequently travels alone, I’m sometimes a little nervous using a taxi service in an unfamiliar city as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. However my driver was on time and friendly. And although the vehicle was an older model it was very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I am the kind of customer that likes to get to know who I am working with – especially when it comes to something like taxi cab service. I want to know who the driver is and know that I can depend on him/​her.
I have used Reston Express Taxi to get to Union Station in DC from the suburbs and back. The driver has always been courteous, timely and even informed me of possible delays in the route the night before. Personal, helpful and timely – what more can you want from a taxi company?

I looked on Unilocal for a recommendation for a taxi service to take me from National Airport (DCA) to Leesburg, then from Reston back to DCA. I didn’t want to spend $ 120 for limo. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of my drivers, and the condition of the taxis. The drivers arrived early and were also very friendly. The cost was very reasonable also. I highly recommend this company if you need a taxi!

I was taking my two elderly parents to DCA early on a Sunday. Our driver showed up 5 minutes early, at 6:25 a.m. and got us to the airport in no time. He was extremely courteous and helpful assisting my parents and helping with our luggage. I am so pleased with Reston Express that I will call them first whenever I need a ride!

Courteous, friendly, prompt service including a confirmation call. Safe driving. Clean automobile (an SUV). My driver was actually a few minutes early.
The reviews for all the other taxis were so bad that I tried this unrated company, and now I definitely recommend it. I like that they are based in Reston.
