Hands down Dr. Rostami is the best in the area. She is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, honest and dedicated. She doesn’t beat around the bush or push things on you, she is genuine and compassionate to her patients. The staff are all professional, friendly and very helpful as well. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Rostami to anyone and everyone — especially if you are looking for any cosmetic procedures and eye surgeries!

Dr. Rostami and her staff were wonderful! Very professional and caring, I was at ease and comfortable during my visits. I had an eye lid surgery and fillers done and I am very pleased with my results. I would highly recommend them.

Ability to make the appt was fine and the Dr was on time and prompt but that was where the good news ended. I was there with my elderly mother. The Dr was rushed, spent more time facing her computer than talking to the patient, was extremely impatient when dealing with a patient who may need extra time for exam or instructions and ultimately ended up prescribing an anitbiotic that was $ 200 and not covered by insurance. When asked to help facilitate working with the insurance company to get another medication patient was told by the«office manager», «we don’t have the time or the staff to help you with that, you will just need to pay out of pocket». They did not assist in finding an alternative medication and were extremely rude, disrespecful and unhelpful — very disappointing

I highly recommend Dr. Rostami. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. She has put together an effective action plan for some recurring issues I have been having with my eyes. I never felt rushed, like I have with some other doctors. I also thought her office staff was very friendly and professional.

My experience with Dr Rostami has been great. My issue is her billing company she employs. Unfortunately, during the time period I went which was late 2011, they were having accounting issues, apparently. I was told that by someone who worked there. The accountant they had was horrible, and didn’t charge people when they should have been charged. Case in point, I went in for my skin tag and mole removals around the Nov 2011 time frame, and I didn’t get a bill for the procedure until Nov 2012. I paid for it as soon as I received the bill, so therefore, I think I am done. Nope, I just recently(Dec 2012) started getting the«Complete Comprehensive Exam» fee of $ 279.96, of which $ 183.75 is still due for Aug 2011!!! I don’t mind paying what I owe, but this is RIDICULOUS and a complete waste of my time. I went in for another consult for some skin maintenance procedures that I wanted to have done in Nov 2012. But after this billing ordeal, I think I will pass! Again, Dr Rostami and her office are nice enough. But not nice enough for me to have to go through all these billing issues! 3÷20÷13 — an update. Not only did they not handle this properly. They had their law offices call me and say that they have been billing me since 2011. I have never received a bill since recently, and does it make sense that it would take 2 years to put someone into collections. I used to work in a bank and it doesn’t take that long. I have lowered my rating to a 1 star for the horrible mismanagement of someone’s bill and credit due to their own negligence. If you were a patient in 2012 or prior, you should beware of bills that never came. Had this happen to anyone else?

If your going to see her to get your eyes check. Then shes okay. If your going to see her for ANYTHING else. Do not waste your time with her. My story below.(I have NEVER gotten so frustrated, aggravated, everything in that category at a Dr. EVER.) Her staff is very nice. However this doctor is not what you expect. She will continue to make you return several times, just so they can get money out of you. The patient had visited her more then 4 times(for about 2 months), making them come back every 2 weeks because she couldn’t see the problem with the patient. The patient saw what was physically wrong, and so did the nurse. Rostami, did not on the other hand. Therefore she made the patient come back every 2 weeks just waiting on for the obvious to appear. Which did not. Each visit was approximately 40 minutes total. 20 minutes checking in & wait, 15 minutes with the nurse doing the routine check and last but not least then Rostami. She comes in. looks at the patient, then says. i cant tell, ill prescribe you some meds, and come back in 2 weeks(saw her for not more then 2 minutes). Did this every appointment in till she told the patient to get a CTscan(this was at least a 2 month period before she decided this and she still had no idea) Then once got the results, Rostami referred us to a doctor 2 hours away(which took the whole day traveling including traffic) Had to pay upfront to the receptionist or the Dr wouldn’t see us.(they did not take our insurance, so imagine how much that was. Also you would think the Dr would normally check if the referred Dr would take your insurance before they would tell you. but guess not). Rostami had prolonged the situation(while he is in pain this whole time) and the results became a very drastic event. The patient then had to search for another doctor in our insurance network, and that doctor ended up referring us back to Rostami saying how good she is(after she wasted at least 2 months because she couldn’t figure out what it was, i laughed when that Dr said her name). The patient had to call several doctors, and get their referrals, and their referrals to finally get the right doctor. Finally found a doctor, and he instantly made moves to give the patient treatment(biopsy). The problem was so serious that after the biopsy, it was then sent to 3 different labs across to California.(this process took about 2 to 3 weeks before getting the results) but at this time the patient is not in as much pain(very little or not at all) as before the biopsy .The patient is STILL not fully 100% cured but very close to finishing and receiving treatment. The patient was getting small symptoms that they seemed as if it wasn’t a big deal, back in march 2011. Then symptoms got worse around Sept THEN we went to see her. This malignant ended up being NOT what Rostami had said(she had said there is also no other type of malignant what so ever as for this one)…well she was wrong, there are actually several types that are similar to this malignant. Hopefully everything will be finished up by next month. A total of 7 different Doctors that we had came across through out this whole period. Starting back in Sept. Sadly.

Okay I bought a Groupon and who doesn’t love Groupon? Sometimes though it seems like Groupon users get sub par treatment. Not always the case. I am a loyal returning user to many businessing that were Groupons in the beginning. My advice go somewhere else. It was the worst. Like other reviewer said the aesthetician seemed in a rush. I got there ad the office staff was literally yelling about a groupon user andnthengroupon situation in general. Ugh! I felt so awkward. It sucked. So I went to the room and there were the brightest lights ever on. The aesthetician asked me to just lay on top of the blankets with my shoes on. It was not relaxing. She used the machine for maybe 5 minutes at the most(being generous). Then I was left with a mask on in a cold bright room with loud hiphop style music for like 20+ minutes. I was sad and felt anxious. I just wanted out of there so bad. Not relaxing and a waste of money.

I went to Rostami for a microdermabrasion treatment after purchasing a session through Group On. When I scheduled my appointment, the staff seemed friendly so I was encouraged. I had even thought of buying a series of treatments if the initial treatment was good. However, when I went in for my appointment there was no one at the reception desk to greet me. I waited for 15 minutes hoping that someone would come out given I had a scheduled appointment. I tried to get someone’s attention by saying«hello» several times as I could hear people in the other room talking. I finally had to open the door into the office myself to find someone who could assist me. I was on my lunch break so didn’t have time to wait any longer for someone to come out. When I finally got the group’s attention and said I had a 12:30 appointment, they looked puzzled and then went to their scheduling book to make sure there was an appointment scheduled. When they saw that I did in fact have an appointment, they did not extend an apology but handed me paperwork to fill out before leaving once again. I finished the paperwork but there was no one to hand the paperwork back to. I waited a few more minutes before someone re-appeared to lead me back to the treatment room. Once in the treatment room, the woman performing the treatment asked what I use on my skin. I asked a clarifying question to understand if she meant what cleanser, makeup, moisturizer, etc. To this question, she rudely responded back«I meant what I said. What do you use on your skin?» The session lasted literally 15 minutes and seemed rushed. It seemed like she was trying to rush me out so she could get back to talking to her colleagues. If they didn’t want to take an appointment over lunch they shouldn’t schedule one. I left feeling very unsatisfied and will never go back again. It’s unfortunate given I was ready to commit to a series of services had this experience not occurred.
