Ordered online because it’s the best and most convenient way to get Starbucks. I order a very berry hibiscus without blackberries. When I arrived the added sugar was all on the bottom of the cup so I asked for it to be shaken longer. Then realized there were blackberries in it. The barista who helped me seemed extremely annoyed when I asked for it to be shaken more and got even more annoyed when she had to remake it. When I finally got it I took one sip and got a straw full of sugar. She was pretty rude and condescending about the drink and didn’t even apologize for making it incorrectly… I thanked her and then threw the drink away. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Doesn’t Starbucks strive on making drinks the way The guest ordered it, and if it’s not they’re «happy» to make it right? They all had bad attitudes and are more focused on the conversations they are having then doing their job. Very disappointing.

This place is great… It is located in a shopping center, but has a small parking lot at the side of it. It’s easy to stop in and park. As most Starbucks, the coffee, however the service is great. They are quick(even in the mornings), and they actually get your orders right. I have been to multiple other locations were I never feel like they get my order right or they don’t remember who ordered something. I have never felt that way here. I always try their seasonal drinks, and they are really tasty. Get the Starbucks app and pay with this so can get rewards and coupons. They offer buy one and get one free at times, so make sure to get the app to take advantage of all that stuff!

This Starbucks is located in the same shopping center as my work so of course its an easy stop on the way to work everyday. They are pretty fast in the mornings even when the line is right next to the front door. I’ve never not enjoyed my coffee or tea here. I’ve never had a problem here with drinks or food. The baristas are very nice and I always see a smile on their face. Easily one of my favorite Sbux!

I often stop here before hitting the toll road when am driving myself to DC. This shop has the friendliest morning crew. If you expect to park yourself at a table with a laptop, you will have lots of competition for indoor tables. The morning crew really cares about its customers!

Issue after issue after issue with this place. Ordered a Caramel Macchiato and got only foam, they replaced it for free. Have had constant issues since and the people here are SO unfriendly! Last week my coworker picked up my order of tea at 9:15am and I went back at noon to get a free refill since I’m a green member and you are allowed to. I asked for one and they said it no and said it had to be the same visit. I told them my coworker was there 3 ½ hours prior and that it was tea that I wanted, not coffee. Just a simple tea! They were so rude! I asked for the manager(her name is Nicole) and she rudely said«no we aren’t going to give you a free refill, you’ll have to pay for it, it says so on the website.» With the worst attitude! I told her«your loss you lost a customer with your horrible customer service.» Her and the two other ladies there had by far some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Note: I have not had this problem before and have been able to refill my tea for free at other Starbucks as long as it’s the same day, with NO problem! This one is awful. Nicole really needs help in the customer service area and they need to stop making mistakes with the order especially if they are going to be so overpriced as they are!

Walked in 15 mins before I had to be at work. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and ask it to be creamed based because I cannot have coffee. Got my drink walked out took a sip and it had coffee in it. At this point I only had 10 mins to get to work. Called it in and told the lady that this is what had happened she apologized and told me to come back in and they’ll take care of it but I didn’t have time left to do all of that. Really disappointed that I didn’t get the drink I asked for even though the cup also says cream based! I was really looking forward to having my drink :(will not be going back to this Starbucks !!!

I like this Starbies. It’s been my experience that the people behind the counter are always sweet, efficient and give you your coffee with a smile. Parking is much easier on this end of the plaza and you can usually get in and out within 5 minutes even when they are busy.

This is my go to Starbucks before and after work. The crew is so sweet they take the time to get to know you so when you walk in everybody knows your name. My morning crew is so good they see my car pull up and prepare my coffee so its ready when I walk in. Customer Service is TOPNOTCH and I grately appreciate it

Typically a decent chain to hit when you want pretty-much-the-same-thing as you usually get. The staff are mostly friendly, afternoon staff is waaaay more friendly, probably in proportion to the level of chaos haha. A very busy store, so come early if you need to sit there, I’ve rarely seen an empty table.

Had an extremely tasty and(&) delicious Hot Chocolate for a light snack. The staff was very happy and respectful as they took our drink orders. The public areas are really very clean, well organized and sanitary even though the number of tables and chairs are limited. :)

Service here might be hit or miss. When you pay 5.25 for a large coffee but its only ¾ full, it makes for some really unhappy customers. I brought this to the barista’s attention and she unapologetically said it was because of the froth and then added more milk instead of more coffee to top it off! wow! I know you guys are busy but this wasnt really acceptable. I didnt want to complain so I just took it and left but the coffee wound up tasting weaker and not as good as the same drink from other Sbux locations.

One of the busier Starbucks locations in the Herndon/Reston area, but when you compare it to the dismal Reston Town Center location, this ‘Bucks copy is well-deserving of the 4-star rating(my multiple Starbucks reviews are bounced off of one another in the grading scale for me). There is a ton of parking, and it’s far-removed from the pure chaos of the Whole Foods customer parking situation across the shopping center. Pop into this side of Plaza America, and you’ve got a bank, an Ann Taylor LOFT, and Starbucks, so parking is a bit more serene. While this location edges toward perpetually-busy, the layout of the café allows for good line control, and the staff is seemingly more efficient at moving the line along than at many other Starbucks. Rest assured that your latte/Frap/half-caf soy 2-pump extra-hot macchiato will be up shortly. Did you know that a yawn is a silent scream for coffee? Nice outdoor seating perfect for a sunny day, and a fairly adequate amount of indoor seating. Free Starbucks/Google internet reliable and fast enough at this location from my experiences there. Luckily I have many Starbucks on the way to work so depends on how much time I can afford to spend, I choose where to stop. This is the first Starbucks I pass by and they are okay, same interior and nothing stands out from other locations. They are faster than Safeway ones for sure.

This Starbucks can be crowded at times — especially early in the morning. It’s really the only option in Plaza America for a latte or espresso(although if you want just«regular» coffee and want to skip the lines, give Vie di France a shot) The staff does a good job of keeping the line moving. This is the part in my Starbucks review where I say that I think they over-roast their beans and their coffee is a bit too bitter for my taste. But they are the only option near my office for a decent latte.
