Set up an appointment to have a consultation only to have them call me on the day of the appointment to cancel. I then called to reschedule and then was put on hold with a voicemail telling me that all of the operators were busy and to call back in 15 to 20 minutes. They can kiss my business good bye.

This is the WORST practice from A-Z I’ve ever encountered. We were there for an issue with my child. Kristen Tambourno and Dr Oconnor insisted she was constipated before even examining her. I didn’t take no for an answer so they agreed to do an U/S and further concluded there was no structural issue. We went to Hopkins who indeed found a structural issue as well as an issue with a surrounding organ. On top of all of this, both Kristen and Dr. O were rude and impatient. They didn’t appreciate being questioned. Thank goodness we did…

The worst staff experience I have ever had. Do not count on any task to be completed by their staff. They are so incompetent. You have to Check over and over again and stay on top of the staff to make sure what you need done gets done. Zero trust. They scheduled me three times for The Wrong appointment

Tried for a week to get a prescription refilled. Called several times(consecutive days) talked to the receptionist each time and each time I was promised a call back from the doctors assistant and never received one. Finally gave up and made an appointment at another practice. Very frustrating and disappointing.

If I could give this practice which is both in Reston and Ashburn zero stars I would. There administrative staff is horrible. They’ve dropped the ball on multiple occasions relative to scheduling procedures, calling me back. This last mishap which they won’t take accountability for, is going to cost me $ 1,000 of dollars relative to my insurance claim. They are blaming it on an employee who is no longer with them. News Flash — Its still your business no matter which employee messed up. Have some pride of ownership in it and make things right with your customers!

Had Dr. Schenk perform a minor outpatient procedure in the Reston surgical center. Had some insurance questions and Michelle in billing was amazing. Stayed on top of it until it was resolved. Dr. Schenk is wonderful. Cares about his patients, is highly professionally but doses it with a good sense of humor that puts you at ease. Best urologist in the DC area.

I saw a Doctor named Stark. When I tried to phone him… at his instruction… to tell him the medicine was too strong and needed adjusting, I never got a return call. I called him four times to get my test results… nothing…no return call… nothing.
