Every time I go here they get my order WRONG — ordered egg & bacon on toasted english muffin — got cheese as well — did not order cheese — then ordered coffee with cream — no sugar — got home had sugar I am diabetic — WHY can tthey get it right at this location !!! It has happened before — I ordered same sandwich — it was NOT toasted — really? Would the employee eat it NOT cooked — Done with this store —

This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have even been to. EVERY time that I go to this location, they get the order wrong or the coffee is burnt. I have given this place at least 10 chances because it is soooooo convenient for me. Finally, I have given up and will not be returning.

I go every morning and I love it here!!! The manager Anna is very sweet. Everyone that works here is so polite and pleasant. It’s a great start to my day!!!

Extremely rude and filthy place! THEY CAN NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT.
They make no effort to shake my iced coffee, I understand you guys have several
other customers but even when it’s not busy I feel rushed and my coffee is divided into LAYERS, ice, sugar, cream then coffee … the effort is obviously too much to ask for.
The last time I was in two employees were arguing because one employee refused to clean the machine. YES this argument happened infront of me where there was lots of swearing and NO respect but what was even worse was the «Manager» standing there acting as if it wasn’t happening.
I rather drive OUT OF MY WAY for my breakfast every morning.

I would be a bad Duchess if I didn’t write a review on this DD.
I pass by here daily on my way to work… sometimes I stop for coffee, and sometimes I don’t. But, when I do, they are always great here. I like that the drive-thru is fairly long and accommodates a lot of cars. They’ve never screwed up my order either, which is an added bonus!

Be careful here they are always out of stuff and can never get the order correct. I go back because its Dunkin and its on my way yo work but if I could go somewhere else I would.
They also never understand what you want when you order through drive up.

These two Dunkin Donuts’ across the street from one another get 5-stars each just because they’re across the street from one another. Friggin’ awesome. Only in Revere.
