The pizza is addictive, you literally can’t stop eating it, it’s so good! Stay with the plain cheese it is the best. Also a great place for pastries and cakes. I need to try their sandwiches next but alway end up next door at new deal… another 5 star establishment

I love Manne’s Bakery. I absolutely love the broccoli Rabbi, it is the best That I ever tasted. Also, The ricotta pie is delicious. I would recommend this bakery to anybody. The people that work there are always so pleasant and nice and the food is always delicious and fresh.

(Only three stars for now because I have not tried enough food yet!) I was running an errand at lunch and just happened by so I stopped in. Chose one piece of Pepperoni pizza, one arancini, and two small cannolis. The pizza was very good. I liked the flavor of the sauce, just enough cheese and crust was thicker than I normally like, but very good. Arancini is the size of a softball! Very tasty as well as the meat sauce on the side.(One caveat: I should have had them heat up the arancini but I thought I could do it back at work. I would have the bakery do it next time. I didn’t do it justice.) Cannoli, very nice. Tastes like a cannoli! The ricotta filling was very smooth and the chocolate coated shell very crunchy. All in all, a great lunch and quite sizeable! I will be more careful next time because the portions are very generous.

Excellent food. Go here for lunch or put in large orders for pick up frequently. Pizza is good along with all their sandwiches. I usually get a slice of pizza and small sub. Pastries are excellent too.

Went in here after I made my first stop at New Deal next door. It was my girlfriends birthday and I felt like I should get her some sort of dessert. I walked in and was amazed at the variety. I ended up going with two pieces of strawberry shortcake, a lobster tail, a cannoli, an éclair and a banana cream pie dessert. All of them were amazing. And it all costs me I think right around $ 25 and it included a couple pieces of pizza. Very inexpensive when you compare it to some of the other bakeries around the city.

Hands down the best service I have ever had buying a cake! With less then 24 hours to get a 3 year old a mermaid cake — manned came to the rescue! This was for my friends daughter, and we were both amazed at how wonderful they did! Kudos to the baker for getting this done. Beautiful and yummy!

We love Manne’s! Really good — and super reasonably priced — sandwiches. The arancini(rice balls) are mind-blowingly delicious — they heat them up for you and slather them in homemade sauce: drool: Also one of the only places in the area I can find rainbow cookies and MAN are they delicious!

A nice bakery. Copious amounts of meat in a fresh seeded roll. A good sub location but I wanted to like it more than I actually did. It is nothing I can put my finger on and I will be back to try several other options but it is a slightly above average lunch location.

Tried their subs after seeing them on Phantom Gourmet. Nice portions, good food, good price. Get the steak and cheese — you will not be dissappointed.

I work a few blocks from Manne’s and they are by far the best sub shop in town. I used to only eat at the local subway, but once I discovering Manne’s I converted. Everything is always fresh, the sandwiches are piled high, good salads, and they make the best tuna I’ve ever had. Pastries are great, my kiddo loves the blueberry muffins, and on occasion they will have specials on pies, I once scored a whole blueberry pie for $ 2.99! The staff is super friendly, and It’s always a nice break from the work day. In short, skip the processed meats at subway and get something better for under $ 5. Can’t be beat.

The mini pastries are great and reasonably priced. They have the bakery pizza here too which is really great. They also sell it day old which is still just as good as the first day for discounted prices. I like them better than Esposito’s around the corner and stopping by Sabella’s for some ravioli too you can’t beat the combo.

I loved the Pepper Steak Sub! That gets 5 stars.(Edited…not so good this time, steak was not the same quality as before! sad) Changing my rating down to 2 stars! Boo The Italian Sub was just ok, cold cuts were not cut thin and no where as good as the New Deal Fruit(next door). The Bread was really sweet, I didn’t like it at all. The cream puff pasty was good. All in all it was a good place for some items. Give it a try though and decide for yourself.

ALWAYS went in for their half moons. Best half moons on the north shore. But never tried anything else… always got sandwiches and bread next door at New Deal. Then, got ambitious, tried their chicken parm… BOMB. Really cheap, large portion, very tasty. Now when I pull into the parking lot of New Deal/Manne’s I have to seriously consider which one I should go with. Well done Manne’s

Running errands and stopped in for the first time for lunch, had the Meatball sub– DELISH! Their meatballs are better than my mom’s. I also bough a loaf their bread which is I think is some of the best in Boston. I bought their wedding soup and had the soup and the bread for dinner. Forget going in town for lunch, drive to Manne’s instead!

It was lunch time in this neighborhood of Revere and the two closest options(hotel food and a chain restaurant) both sounded awful. A mile walk through the beautiful neighborhood, some jaywalking across a freeway on/off ramp and we arrived ready for some hyped up subs. Well, they don’t have subs on Sunday. What do they have? Pizza. We even lucked out because all the pizza had been moved into boxes to be sold as day old slices the next day. The result… four slices of same day pizza for $ 2.50. My life wasn’t changed, but it was good, super cheap, and not pizzaria uno.

Well here it is! My next day off has arrived and I went to Manne’s again after stopping at New Deal! I am glad I decided to go… as you know I am a bakery pizza whore and that is exactly what I went for. I actually like their pizza far more than from the other place(will remain nameless) in Revere that I frequent. Manne’s is so different and soooo goood. They had a large variety of day old pizza, spinach and cheese, peppers and onions, cheese, pepperoni and regular cheese. The reason that I like their pizza more is that they use more sauce than other places so the crust isn’t dry and everything just bursts with flavor! The only ugh I can say is, I really hope I don’t wait another year to come back. Wtf is wrong with me?!

I saw this place on the phantom gourmet and craved it for a week prior to going. I went w the guy on a cheat day from our regular eating schedule(high protein /low carb /boring) — and our plan was to try pizza, subs, and desserts to our heart’c content. Well we did that and more, and I was SO impressed — the sicilian pizza(we tried the eggplant, the pepperoni and the cheese slices) had bakery style dough(fluffy, crisp, slightly sweet) and the sauce was perfect. The subs are served on their large rolls, which are delightful in and of themselves… we had a chicken parm, italian, and steak and cheese w/onions and peppers… the chicken parm was great, but we did need extra sauce on the side, the italian was delicious, and the steak was delectable with so much gooey cheese! Then dessert — Napoleon is #1, the brownies were good, the cupcakes were tasty, and the lobster tail was really good, but had a little too much filling for my taste(not for our dogs though!). All in all, we had about ½ the food for late night when we got home, and it tasted delicious then, too. Oh, all of the desserts(about 6) and 3 slices and 3 subs were under $ 40 :D
