This is my message to the owner
I’m hoping this email makes it to the owner of this place. My family and I order food from here alot. Over the last few months the quality of the food is horrible. Every time we order something is not right. Last week the delivery driver delivered the wrong food we had to chase them out the door. The time before that our food took an hour and a half to get here and when it arrived it was all wrong and cold. When I called to tell them the manager Ravi told me our next order would be on the house. I called tonight to take him up on the offer for him to tell me he would give me 25 percent off. That is not what he told me and now he goes back on his word. Seriously so I said something and he offers me 50 percent off. We just got home with our food and its the worst its even been. AGAIN it was not correct we specifically asked for our fries to go in a bag NOT a takeout container any real cook would know this makes fries soggy. My fiancé steak tip sub was over cooked and the sub was soggy. My Italian sub was drenched in watered down mayo. I have pics to post on Unilocal.I will never eat here again. So hopefully as a business owner you will get a better manager and staff. And I will be sure to let everyone know not to eat here

i love this place, but i gave them a 3 star cause they gave me burnt pizza!
i loooove the pizza, thats all i eat! they were busy today… but still… you coulda gave me non-​burnt pizza!

Specifically ordered a small Italian sub with everything EXCEPT for oil and wanted mayo instead and got a mess upon delivery. 40 minutes and $ 10 later I had to throw it away and have cereal instead. Thanks for nothing. Always a disappointment when I order. NEVER AGAIN!

The food here is amazing and done very well. The only issue is the wait. Other than that the food is affordable and prices are good

Pro: great prices, massive selection, big portions, friendly staff
Con: isn’t classy or fancy food if that’s what you’re looking for
Summary: I’ll come here for lunch at work, but maybe not a romantic date
tl;dr:
I’ve been here two times now. It’s super casual, has a massive menu, and the serving sizes will definitely not leave you wanting more. The staff has been very friendly both times I’ve gone. It can get busy, so it would take longer to get your food… but no bad experiences.
If I need a quick bite, something to go, late night grub; talking the quick and easy route with a lot of options, I’d pick Nick’s. If I’m looking for a nice family dinner, a romantic date, high quality cuisine, I’d head somewhere else.

Food is outstanding. Pizza is great. Roast Beef sandwich was delicious. Only thing preventing 5 star is the (lack of) service. Over one hour delivery on a Monday night at 6:30 is unacceptable. We ordered then because we wanted to feed our family. Sadly, over an hour made this impossible to do.
It is too bad. Best food in the city for delivery. Execution lacking. I will likely try again but if you are backed up and slow let the customers know so we can make a decision.
¹²⁄₂₃ update. Ordered again, food was awful. Had chicken parm. Took over one hour to get here. Was worse than tasteless. I’m out. Good luck not worth my time. You suck. Bye bye.

Food ain’t bad at all but today they done messed up my order the Mexican girl rushing to close when my receipt clearly says what I want and when I called back they was close so of course after spending 32 dollars I had to still go some where else after I was in my house to get French fries to go with my fried sea food and the chicken wings wasn’t well done wonder what was the rush for

There’s is just no way modest little Nicks deserves anything less than 5 stars. What an amazing surprise… only way I found it was by hotel front desk delivery menu… at two different hotel places on a business trip… just took a chance… and WOW… just superlative in every way. Simple pizza with sausage is just outstanding… one of best ever. perfect balance of sweet and complex sauce, cheese and to die for sausage… Gyro was sublimely good… just wonderful… stellar! But best of all was the roast beef sub… with perfectly tangy barbecue sauce, and succulently rare roast beef… in a town known for the best RB sanwhiches in the country… or anywhere for that matter… this is the gold standard… add in the super nice delivery guys and… well…doesn’t get much better… cannot think of two better meals I’ve had all year!!! Bravo Nick’s!!!

I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to write a review on Nick’s. We moved to Revere 6 months ago, and have probably ordered Nick’s at LEAST 30 times since then. The first week we subsided on nothing but their steak tip salads with house greek dressing (best greek dressing I have ever had, bar none). BF is partial to the ranch (he doesn’t know how wrong he is). Regardless, the steak tips are juicy and flavorful.
Since then we have added buffalo wings to our standard order, and those are amazing as well. No breading (which to me just gets in the way of all the delicious meat and sauce), juicy, and the perfect amount of heat.
We have also made the mistake of ordering pizza from here. Mistake because their pizza (buffalo chicken) was divine and I wish I could forget how good it was. I’ve also tried bites of the gyro and roast beef sandwiches, those were great as well.
We typically order take out, which is always delivered quickly and by friendly staff. Eaten in there a couple times, it has a very casual vibe, you order and pay at the counter and then someone delivers it to you. Good for a quick lunch.
Tip– apparently there is a Nick’s place (not to be confused by Nick’s BISTRO), I ordered from there once by accident and it’s just not the same (despite having an eerily similar menu). Don’t be like me and make that mistake.

Ordered food last night and YES! If you’re looking for some good comfort food after a long flight, look no further. Ordered something really simple: cheeseburger and curly fries with a root beer. Came to like $ 15 total. At first, I was wondering why so much then I got my food. The large fry is seriously in a box taller than my hand, the burger is double patty, had a boatload of bacon, and the 20oz is… a 20oz lol. That food was so delicious. I went to sleep quite well last night. Thanks Nick!!!

This place never lets me down !! Everything is delicious! Best honey BBQ steak tips! Best calzones, excellent service!

Very good pizza! Nice, crispy with just the right amount of grease. Cheese sticks were very good and just the right amount of garlic! Will be back next time I am in town!!!

Always amazing! Lobster rolls are overloaded with meat! The Best-​Buy for lobster roll in all of Boston!

No matter what you order this place does it rite. i drive from lynn mass just to go here the clam roll is huge with fries the steak&Cheese calzone is the best ive ever had as was the chicken parm calzone. tonight we ordered pizza with so many pizza places around i have to say again great decision. the food is great no matter what you order the place is very clean and the owner and his staff are always very friendly nicks bistro my new favorite place.

We ordered thru GrubHub and had our food delivered here in our hotel room and here’s what we think:
The wait time was just right, it took them almost 30min. to knock on our hotel door. The delivery guy was nice and does not look like he’s in a hurry to get himself out of there.
Clam chowder is the bomb!!! tastes so great and the serving was huge (for me). It’s got enough clams to satisfy my cravings (especially now that i found out that Boston has plenty of seafood restaurants, and that means plenty of clam chowder).
Hubby loved his tuna sandwich and finished the whole thing in less than 20min. He said he ordered a toasted one and so far it was just right and not burned.
my chicken alfredo pasta is also good for two people and the taste is not bland like other alfredos but just the right taste, it also has broccoli and they gave me extra cheese on the side.

On a Friday night at 7:30pm, I call to order food. Over an hour later, the driver calls to tell me that my street is blocked. He can’t tell me where he is, what intersection or anything. At that point, I give him several options of alternate directions although I can see cars going down my street in both directions. I call Nicks and they try calling the driver to no avail. At 9pm, I call again to the driver and he tells me that he is returning and won’t be taking the directions I gave him to come to my house. I call Nicks again and they don’t offer me anything! No manager is on duty. This is unacceptable. Don’t waste your money ordering from this place! You’ll just go hungry!

I have ordered pasta in the past and had a great experience here; however, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food here when I ordered other items. I ordered a chicken fingers kids meal, a chicken salad sandwich, and pasta. The pasta was great, but the bread was old/​stale; the chicken salad was not good, the chicken chunks were too big and didn’t taste like chicken salad; and the kids meal was HORRIBLE.
The chicken fingers were so tough I could barely eat them, let alone my son. He ate a bite and gagged and spit it out. The fries arrived cold and clammy. My sweet potato fries were pure mush, so I gave a few to my son. Overall very disappointing.
Bottom line: only order the pasta.

Good service, good seating, and good regular pizza shoppe/​sandwich shoppe menu.
Got the steak and cheese sandwich which was pretty good as far as the meat goes. Though it was small compare to other sandwich shops in size. Their large was size of a small I have usually gotten at other shoppes.
Good baklava here!

Delicious! Huge kids meals, fast counter service and even express pickup if you call ahead. I had a lobster roll and husband had a steak bomb and both were huge and delicious! Great choice!

I really enjoy the food and experience when I eat at this establishment that is why I gave it 3 stars, but everytime I have ordered I have been disappointed. My food is either cold or all of it isn’t delievered. Tonight I ordered and paid $ 16.00 for an egg salad on syrian bread (actually just pita bread at this restaurant not syrian) I never got the rest of my order. When I called they said they would put a note on the computer to make sure I get all of my food next time. Although I appreciated that, it did not make me feel better about the money I just spent on a sandwich. I asked to speak with the owner and he said he was very sorry and he was so nice and understanding and offered me a discount on my next order.
Great food and service just need to work on delivery.
