worst eye contact lens in revere. i ask them if they have the trail for me to used it, cause it an emergency. they said no they dont have the trail for me cause i’m existing customer. but if you are walk in to the store im sure you will get the trail as much as u wants. i bought 2 boxes of the contact lenses with them. they should never did that to the old customer. im not going back there again n again. hope they dont treat the same like the one in revere.

Nice– Gotta love that dead seagull that has been laying there behind the store– between Pearle Vision Center and Taco Bell for two weeks now! I especially enjoy how somebody moved it from the median strip to placing it on top of the bush for all to see as they enter or exit the parking lot. DISGUSTING!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves– YOUANDTACOBELL for not taking the initiative to remove the carcass!

My experience was meh. I had an eye exam on Sat, Nov 1st. The doctor was very professional but robotic & spoke monotonously. Lacked personality when I tried to talk to him but he got the job done. Do you ever laugh or smile sir? Anyways after the exam, I looked at frames to kill time & then one of the associates assisted me. Trang you are a nice woman but dayum she kept trying to force all these lens upgrades on me. Anti glare, thinner lenses, scratch warranties, sell sell sell. I know what I want so having this woman constantly ask me if I want this or telling me I should get this was super annoying. Can’t even count how many times I gracefully declined. Yea, I understand it’s a retail store but asking once is fine woman. I’m on a post-grad budget aka poor person survival mode & I made that clear! After I paid she told me it would take 2 – 3 weeks for my glasses to be done. Why was I able to get my previous glasses in a few hours/less than a week at Pearl Vision Peabody or Lense Crafters? It’s been about a week & still waiting. I’d like to be able to see as soon as possible. Not a great first experience at this location.

All that I can say is: WOW I SHOULDHAVELISTENEDTOTHEREVIEWS!!! Never have I EVER felt so compelled to write on Unilocal.Kelly is probably the worst individual in customer service HISTORY. Once she said her name in the intro, I should have just HUNGUP! She is ridiculously rude on the telephone, literally an idiot, and cannot comprehend simple questions and answers. I agree with M.W. — she is MISERABLE! Could not understand nor process my insurance information but would«give me the 10% off contacts anyway» UM lady, why on earth would you«give» me a percentage off if I didn’t have insurance then? MORON. AVOIDTHISSTOREANDKELLYLIKETHEPLAGUE — you will 100% regret you ever went in — complete day ruiner!

I barely ever write reviews but I just have to today because I experienced the WORST service ever in my life, with this lady named Kelly. All other associates I’ve dealt with — and the optometrists there — have delighted me with their service. However, I will never return to this place again because of Kelly. She is perhaps the most miserable person I’ve ever encountered in a service environment. She pays no attention to customers, just wants them in and out, and does not apologize for her rudeness. I give it three stars because if you go there and avoid Kelly, then you will have a fine experience. If you have to deal with her, then just decline and wait for the other associates.

Dare I say I hate this place? Yes, I dare to. I HATETHISPLACE. I went there for a simple adjustment, and not even like I would normally go there but I just happen to be in the area and it was soooooo convenient I couldn’t pass up a chance to quick-fix my loose, sliding-down-my-nose glasses. Big mistake. They friggen broke my glasses. Straight up broke them. Then, this was the best part, TRIEDTOTELLMETHEYWERELIKETHATWHEN I BROUGHTTHEMIN! The lens was popping out of the left side of the frame. Doubt I can really see like that and would be comfortable casually driving around, running errands. They were all, «What do you want us to do?! I don’t think it’s a good idea to try to adjust them again.» UH, Like I want you to touch anything of mine ever again. I want you to replace them! Wait, if they are so jacked that it’s such a bad idea to adjust them when they are in that condition, why didn’t you say anything when I supposedly handed them to you in that condition?! So, to sum it up, I ended up going back a few times to see the manager. She kept refusing to do anything about the situation and the final time I went back she simply said«Even if we did break your glasses, we’re not responsible.» and pointed to a shiny new sign. SCAM. Of course I brought my glasses to somewhere else to see if they could fix them. Nope. I had to immediately buy a new pair of glasses because these were unrepairable and unusable. And I am blind. AVOIDTHISPLACE.
