If I could zero I would. You open at 11 you don’t tell me you can’t take a delivery at 1140 over the phone cause your driver comes in at 12. You take the order and bring when he gets in.

It looks like a lot of people have a lot of negative things to say about this Pizza Hut in Revere, but we stopped in here yesterday and had an average experience. We ordered over the phone and they gave us a fifteen minute wait time. When we showed up fifteen minutes later, the pizza was done. The pizza was your typical Pizza Hut quality and the service was decent. In the end, no real complaints here and we would totally grab pizza here again.

This place is a joke you could never order in if you do call there’s either a problem they can’t understand you they speak Spanish only it’s a two hour wait they say and there was one time when I did order I never got my pizza better off going somewhere else it’s just a waste of time

Ordered online around 745pm said it’ll be ready to be picked up in 15 minutes. Got to the restaurant and they mentioned it’ll be another 20 minutes. I’m pretty sure they completely forgot our order and they’re making it now as I’m writing this. It is now 8:25 never again.

All I can say is that this place is horrible and after reading the reviews I’m glad I’m not alone. We ordered online and they had to call us back to tell us that they couldn’t make one of the pizzas, fine so we ordered a different pizza. After waiting for ONE hour(by the way they’re five mins down the road street) they gave us th the wrong pizzas. So we give them a call and I’m pretty sure it was the manager that told us that he would have the delivery guy come pick up the incorrect order and bring us the new order. I mean if we had to wait that long already just give us the food that we have and give us the correct one. Who does that? So the best part is after waiting for a total of 2 hours, we get our food and it was still WRONG! are you guys even bothering to listen to your customers. I spoke with the manager and he went about explaining how he couldn’t do refunds on credit cards and he has to talk to his boss. I think he could have tried a little harder. Time for his boss’s boss to stop by.

So after my last review which I basically bashed this place for just being staffed with idiots and dirty… I came back again a few months later because I really like their Asian styled wings. Anyways what held up with my last review still stands and if not. is even worse than before. I ordered the wings and a pizza for someone and as I’m sitting there waiting… there is a crowd of about 4 – 5 workers(delivery guys and cooks) watching youtube videos(I’m assuming it’s Youtube but it’s definitely some sort of videos) on their phones and cracking up, being jackasses and making a fool of themselves ATTHEFRONTCOUNTER! There’s were a few customers there waiting along side me and I have to say that their lack of professionalism was downright disappointing and disturbing. Corporate has definitely got to send SOMEONE to this place and revamp it entirely or else these people will run the place into the ground.

the asst. manager flipped an upside down pizza into my lap(«accidentaly») after a heated discussion where he stated«obama is ruining america». I don’t think i will be going back
