Nail salon that gives you what you paid for! Would recommend to anyone. Clean and friendly service/​environment for the most part.

Went for a pedicure on July 26^th. Very dirty! No health inspection green placard. This time, I was left with 2 cuts on each foot from the clippers and now have an infection in one. My doctor wants to see me immediately. My heels are always very smooth but one day after the pedi, my left heel is cracked and peeling. Stay away from this place. It’s unsanitary (none of the tools were new out of the package) and overpriced.

Only because the lady (older lady) thought I wasn’t gonna double check my money because if you know how they do they take payment right before they polish. Well I gave her a $ 50 & this B tried to give me $ 11 back for a $ 27.89 job I gave her a $ 3 tip so she owed me. $ 10 and she was super surprised I wanted my damn $ 10 back I was like no no Jo Jo u owe me $ 10 she didn’t want me to get «ghetto» on her so she gave me my money. Needless to say I will not be going back & if you do go there COUNT YOUR MONEY U GET BACK! Oh but my nails do look nice

I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect, based on the reviews of this place but I thought I’d give it a shot and, honestly, I’m kind of thinking I may have been better off going somewhere else. My pedicure wasn’t horrible but it really wasn’t that great. The place was clean and open. It seemed they only had OPI and China Glaze polishes, and Gelish for gel polish. They have a large selection of colors but they were all over the place and not organized in any fashion so it was difficult to look at everything and pick a color. The ladies were nice enough, didn’t talk much. The cost for the pedicure was $ 30 and was very very basic. I noticed she didn’t put a base coat on my nails before putting the color. Nor did she offer to put a design, which most places usually do. The foot/​leg massage wasn’t so much a massage as just rubbing lotion on like one normally would do after a shower. The best parts of this experience: the massage chair and the simple fact that I didn’t have to do it myself (although, I probably could/​should have). I won’t be back.

Let me preface by stating that I am bad at lady things, like I laugh uncontrollably when anyone touches my feet, and potentially I may kick. I really feel that strapping down could be useful in all sorts of situations, like when I had my amnio and they said move and it could hurt the baby. I’m like ok so when do you strap me down? Oddly enough they don’t but they should, who can control that when shown a needle the size of your head? These people were very gracious both times I have visited, on Sundays both times. I came here mostly for installment number two of gel nails. Have had these done elsewhere but not consistently and mostly because no place I have been to does a very good job for the money.
The first place I had gel nails done was at Americana at full price, and they chipped within a couple days. I also had some groupons at a couple of places in Gahanna which consisted of not at all a manicure just gel polish. That’s no deal! Paint my carp nails and full cuticles, no thanks! Regardless every place I have been to does a maximum of two takes on that gel polish which does not last the two weeks it is rated for but does make it difficult to get off yourself, then they turn around and charge for taking the polish off which involves foil and a concentration of acetone I have not found readily available.
So Citi nails on both occasions took off the polish with their stronger acetone and foil, did three takes and my nails are awesome! They typically chip and separate naturally but not this time! Ladies I have natural lovely nails! Luv this place. Do wish they would offer some sort of deal, but at least I got what I paid for when I am actually off work. Some of the «deals» are like so we have a Tuesday at 2:00 PM when you are surely unavailable at work. I think they count on that so the thing expires without a successful schedule and you pay for nothing. So no deals here but I paid $ 65 and got what I paid for, and I am happy.

A couple of friends and I were looking to get pedicures and finding a place that was open on a Sunday early evening is not easy. I called Citi and the woman told me to come on in. I’m glad we did. The place was clean and we received great services at great prices. Then I found out that they stayed open for an extra hour to accommodate our party of 3. They weren’t rude about staying late on a Sunday and didn’t rush our experience. I’ll be back!

This place is pretty average as far as pedicures go. Everyone is nice and accommodating, so it’s a fine place in the area to go. Just don’t go there expecting to be wowed.
