Fazoli’s

Fast service, good food, served hot and tastes fresh. No complaints from me. Moderately priced for fast food, not as pricey as. like, panera but more pricey than McDonald’s. The portions are decent, also.

Went here for the first time in about a year. The portions have gotten smaller. Got the chicken parm. The aluminum containers are smaller. The spaghetti is thinner. The chicken is smaller. The price is bigger. Hmmm. Food is still good, I just feel cheated in a way.

I stop here about once a week or more for the last several months while training for half and full marathons. The classic sampler and lasagna are the best. Nice flavor, it’s still hot by the time I take it home and the bread sticks are great.

I am rating this a 5 star because of the 5 star service we received. We had the chicken burchetta pasta dish. It was really good! Bread sticks awesome! The manager Sherry came over to our table and ask how we liked our meal and she gave us these e-​mail cards to fill out for a free meal. She was very nice and helpful. She came back to our table a little later and gave us some free lemon icy. She said it was her favorite and she wanted us to have them since we filled out the info on the card. I think she went above and beyond making our dining experience there great! Its rare that you find this experience in a fast food/​dine in restaurant. We will be back for sure!

We love Fazolis. Their food is delicious and nobody beats their bread sticks. not olive garden, not spaghetti warehouse, not any place. We have heard people recommend spaghetti warehouse lasagna. Again Fazolis smokes em.
We tried Piada and again no competition to Fazolis. And the price is great… For under $ 15 two people can get filled. Obviously we highly recommend.
We visit the one in Reynoldsburg most often because its close to work, but we have never been to a Fazoli’s we do not like. They are all great with the same great food for a low price.
We love that they replaced styrofoam plates and plastic ware with washable /​reusable utensils! We’d eat there for that reason alone!
I do think they should add hot drinks to their menu. Other than that, they are perfect.
