Make sure you check your bag before you leave! We don’t eat here a lot, but I’d say at least 50−60% of the time the order is either missing items or is incorrect. The staff is sufficiently friendly, but not over the top. I will say that their morning shift employees are definitely much more friendly, and they seem to care more about the restaurant with accuracy and service in mind. After they leave and evening shift comes in its a different story. I had an incorrect order and tried to call them four different times over a 4 hour period and the line was busy the whole time. Also, this location now closes at 11pm which is too early and inconvenient if you just want a drink or something quick.

If I could just get everything I paid for, yeah that’d be great. No silverware or condiments, missing half my order when I get home… Wtf mcds… Every time. And what I did get was cold…

It’s a McDonald’s with a play place, just off the interstate. If that’s what you need, this will provide it. Nothing fancy, not too horrible.

I have frequented this McDonalds at least 2 times a month for the last 2 years. My children love the indoor play place. I am happy with play area and they have a child friendly bathroom in the play area. The wait indoors in usually longer than most McDonalds. They are also a bit more accurate with orders than most McDonalds which is a plus. The general cleanliness leaves me wanting but the customer service when something comes up has been above average. I would recommend this McDonalds if you have kids, but there are others near here if you are in a hurry.

Add, divide, think, consider, round up, round down and viola…3 Stars. Why? 3 Stars for a couple mass produced, chemically enhanced, hormone ridden, antibiotic laden, national chain burgers with lots of saturated fats, sodium and sugars which are as tasty as modern science can make it. Natural flavors? It’s 2013 folks, go talk to grandma and grandpa about natural flavors. 5 Stars for having a BOGO coupon from the Entertainment Book. That makes the prices a little more easy to swallow, much like the smaller sized Big Mac itself. 2 Stars for value. Because anyone old enough knows, these are not your mom and dad’s Big Macs. More like Big Mac Jrs. Anyone old enough would also remember when they were huge sandwiches, came in Styrofoam boxes, sat under a heat lamp for goodness knows how long…10, 15, maybe 20 minutes marinating and getting all soft and mushy with all that grease, sauce and wilted lettuce and they tasted great. Yeah ya big, silly clown, I’m still a little raw over this… 4 Stars for service at the drive through which was fast and moderately friendly. In and out in about two minutes.
