The store was nice and clean, despite the early December rush of everyone doing their holiday shopping. I came in to get some new artwork framed, and the two Crystals that worked in the framing department, yes I said there are two girls named Crystal working in the same department, were both extremely helpful.
They were both able to help me find a matte for my art that looked good with that artwork as well as the artwork that would be placed around it. One of them pointed out to me that if I downloaded their iPhone app, it would be a 50% off of one item coupon there that I could use to save a good chunk of change. I love it when store employees are happy to tell you how to save money at their store! It really made me want to come back again.
The framing and matte work that they did for me looks extremely good, and I have already received numerous compliments on it. At the same time the price was not out of this world.
