Zeros Pizza

I love their pizza but the customer service is terrible! I live nearby and every time I have ordered my pizza I code to just pick it up. Or if the handful of times I’ve ordered from here the food has been good but the gentleman begins the counter seems less than thrilled to be there and as I’d my coming to pick up my order is an inconvenience in his schedule; just doesn’t seem like a happy guy or at least not happy with what he is doing which is sad because I telly enjoy their food but I can get good food anywhere. If I don’t feel like my business matters then I don’t go back!

I love pizza more tham anything and try a bew pizza every friday. I just had zeros pizza on east broad st and all I can say I WOW! So good and the staff was friendly. This placr is one of thise «holes in the wall» that just kills it. Great job guys!!!

We ordered 2 pies one pep one cheese for Friday Night Pizza Night. Our family of 5 ate less than a third of both pizzas. The kids hated it. The wife and I choked down a couple pieces but it was just not good za. Maybe we hit them on a bad night, or maybe a bitter employee dumped windex in the sauce, but either way we won’t be back…

You can’t find pizza like this anywhere. Their subs are phenomenal as well. The food is very healthy, very tasty + very affordable. Don’t bother going to the pizza or sub chains. They are garbage compared to Zero’s Pizza!

I ordered a sandwich and salad for delivery today. The «Clubhouse» salad ($ 6.89) is supposed to have meats and 2 kinds of cheese on it, amongst other toppings. I was disappointed to find the salad that was delivered to me had neither kind of cheese. I called the restaurant back and told them that my salad had neither kind of cheese on it, and they said «I have no idea how that could have happened» and then just stopped talking. I responded by saying «I have no idea either.» They then said «Well, what do you want me to do about it?» I asked what could be done, and they said «Well, I guess I can just put a credit on your account.» I agreed, said thank you, and hung up. At no point did they say that they were sorry for the mistake! Also, at no point did they ask me for my name or phone number or anything, so I probably won’t be getting that credit!
Zero’s seems to have a serious lack of customer service. They acted like my calling them back was a hassle. Not sure I will order again, nor would I recommend that you do!

tried zero’s out when it first opened. Got a pizza, wasn’t all that impressed. I have seen many people rave about it, but I don’t understand.

I tried the one in Reynoldsburg. I am fairly neutral with the food from this place. First of all if you like a nice floppy crust or New York syle or Chicago Style Pizza this is not the place for you. The Crust was similar to Donotos if I had to pick a chain to compare. Cut similarly. I ordered the pizza to go and I ordered 6 of them for a birthday party. We had the Bar-​Q-​Chicken Pizza which was actually pretty good. I would say a ⁴⁄₅ compared to the others. We also had the «ALL the Way» with no ham which was «3÷5» and then we had the Mexican Pizza which was a ¹⁄₅ and we had a meat lovers which was a ³⁄₅. I think the pizza are over priced for what they are. Maybe if you order one and eat in the experience is different. Also, the guy sounded rather rude on the phone when I was placing my order. Long story short, I probably won’t go again and I will go with Flyers next time. So six pizza and $ 95 = won’t be returning anytime soon if ever.

I love Zero’s! I tried it for the first time in New Albany, two weeks ago and I’m hooked. I’ve eaten there about 5 times so far and enjoy everything I’ve tried. The food is delicious and cost-​friendly and the service was excellent.
I had my family come meet me for lunch and we had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pizza and can’t wait for their next off-​day from school so they can enjoy some more.
