Alex’s Jumpers

I haven’t ordered a jumper from this place in about a year. There is nothing special about it and that prices aren’t that great. The best thing about Alex’s Jumpers is they let you keep the jumper over night.
I ordered a Super Mario Bros. jumper from my sons sixth b-​day party this past weekend. The jumper was older and the velcro pictures kept falling off. I noticed shortly after the setup crew left that the jumper also had a disgusting smell to it, like pee or puke! I called right away. The lady on the phone said that she would contact the driver and have them come to replace it, but after waiting for two hours and not hearing anything back, nor did they answer the phone when I called back, we decided the disinfect the jumper ourselves and let the kids back in the jumper (the smell never went away).
The next morning the crew came to pick up the jumper. They showed up with out calling and came into my backyard without asking. When I told one of the guys what had happened and asked why they never came back, he said «We had calls for three different jumpers that needed to be cleaned, we were busy.» I let him know I talk to a lady and what she had said. his response was «Well, she must have not called us. sometimes it’s just a piece of candy» and walk away. I was unimpressed with everything right down to their (lack of) customer service! There are plenty of jumper rentals in the San Bernardino area, so I will make sure the next time I have a party for one of my five kids, I will NOT order from Alex’s Jumpers!

The place smelled like weed. The prices were not that great and to top it off the jumpers are out dated. I gave them one star because at least they were on time and give what they promise.

I rented a cotton candy machine from them and had THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! It all started when they came and delivered it. The driver get very upset because i didn’t have the money on hand at the moment he showed up. I asked him why didn’t he call me to let me know that he was on his so I can have the $ 20 dollars that I owed him upon delivery and he claimed to have called my cell phone (which he never did). I told him if I can just give him the $ 20 when he picks up the machine and he said «NO I want the money now just as agreed» ok so I had him meet at a local 7 – 11 right next to the freeway so I can pull the money from ATM and give it to him. The next day, he shows up around 8:30 (Sunday morning) to pick up the machine and once again he didn’t bother to call me that he’s on his way… I asked him why, and he his reaction was defensive «I waited for you yesterday, I’m not waiting for you today… Either you give it to me now or bring it to the store» I couldn’t Believe he just told me that. I just went ahead and gave him the machine and told him I will NEVER rent anything from his store. The only reason i rated them a star is because they atleast delivered the cotton candy machine. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. ITS BY FAR THE RUDEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO DO ANY BUSINESS.

Was able to book some tables and chairs last minute! Super affordable and punctual. I will definitely be using their services again. Thanks guys!
