In regards to the storage facility it is an average location. It is not dirty and the sign up was easy
BUT
once you are a tenant
.The customer service is horrible! They never answer the phone. I am constantly redirected to the location from the corporate because the customer service only takes new customer or new rentals??? what is that? so the existing customers get forwarded to a voicemail? After leaving numerous voice mails and calling non stop I decided to enter an online inquiry for contact. I was contacted the next morning by the manager Lino Navarro. He was very rude and made every remark seem like I asked a stupid common sense question (I asked in regards to move out & the moving truck). Since I have paid this month he claims I can leave any day I want & that’s it, that I don’t need to do anything else?
I was lied to by this facility on numerous occasions. They claimed to have a free moving truck and you need to reserve it in advance, which I did so. The day of our move we drive out to the storage facility to pick up the moving truck and the employee couldn’t find it? she was running around like a chicken with no head looking for the truck, I guess they had let another tenant use it for the day which was really upsetting we wasted part of our morning driving over there when we could have been loading up our own truck to move. She frantically tried to find another day to let us use the truck but of course all the upcoming weekends were booked, which was the main reason for booking in advance. The employee assured us we could still use our free truck rental upon move out so we dealt with it. Here we are at move out and Lino very rudely advised us this is not true and proceeds to say we are lying. Lino has absolutely no management skills he was extremely rude and treated me like much less of a human being I needed to pass the phone to my husband and they literally just had a screaming match with each other. I would never recommend this facility to anyone, Their prices are average across the board and trust me they are not worth the headache with all their lies and nonchalant, rude manager.

Stopped by to check out the facility, and was greated by Teresa. They have a private parking area, and a handicapped spot which is nice. Teresa greated me and asked how she could help me. I was looking for a 10×10 and to make sure it was suitable. Teresa asked me what I would be storing to make sure all my things would fit in the said storage size. She asked if I wanted to see the space after giving me the prices. She locked up and lead me to the unit. The property was very clean, and dirt free which was impressive Because I had gone public storage and the property there was pretty dirty, and the unit had trash in it. This property was was clean, and the unit here at cube smart was spotless. Overall wonderful experience thanks to Teresa’s help. When I move I will definitely rent here and from her.

Every time I walk into the office they are so friendly, they know my name, they know my unit number, sometimes they say, «you are good up to the end of the month because your wife paid on line this morning!» It feels like ‘Cheers’ –Dan Arjona

So this is the second time ive rented from Cube Smart and i promised Lino that I would give a good Unilocal review!
The property is easily accessible and the price is decent. The Manager Lino was very helpful and helped me out big time! He went above and beyond great customer service.

I had all my stuff in a locked storage room for 1year and 7 months I checked on my storage once a month well on November 25 2015 my storage was broken in to I lost 27 years of my belonging and now they act like no big deal not there fault my inlaw ask me not to do business with them 6 years a go they lost some atv from the same place but no I said what are the odds of it happening twice it did good luck. My star rating o [oooooooooo

Very courteous and friendly. It was quick and easy to go through the process. I’ve rented storage units before and this was a pleasant experience.
