Excellent. Gary was on time, he inspected the firrplace, explained what he was going to do and then covered area in front of firrplace and even placed a couple of small bricks under our log rack to better direct heat.
The phone appointment person was also very helpful in enabling us to schedule cleaning on a saturday.
Will use them again and possibly to install gas logs.

We had them clean our chimney (which hadn’t been done in forever) and then they installed a new burner and specialty glass (bought elsewhere). Turns out the gas pipe was completely messed up, and without a blink they chipped away the brick, reinstalled the pipe, mortared it up, and finished the installation: all in just over two hours. Very reasonable price, especially on the installation.
