Jump-N-Jump

Delivered extremely FILTHY chairs and 1 ½ hour late picking up. Mind you my events at a park that closes at sunset. Its dark the parks closing and they are still not here. The delivery guy didn’t speak any English at all either.

Will never use this company again. The company & customer service is very unprofessional! I called to place an order and they called me back the next day to make changes on items because they didn’t have what I had ordered. Then they were out of Piñatas so they were suppose to call me 2 days later to let me know what they had received. They didn’t call back so when I called them they had already added 2 Piñatas to my order! Both of the Piñatas were the same so I told them to remove one from the order but they said they couldn’t because they had personalize them for me I was like what! I didn’t even ask to be added to to the order… The day of, the delivery was late and to top it off their drivers are not trained at all! They didn’t secured the jumper so it kept moving throughout the party. This caused the generator to flip over many times and burned our grass! (Artificial) It was very difficult to deal with them regarding this incident since they had already charge my account! At first they said that they would look into it and call me back. Of course they never did! I kept checking on it and every time they had different excuses and their conclusion was that it was my fault for not calling them during the party to come secure the jumper! I dealt mostly with Josie who was very rude and disrespectful. Then asked to speak to the manager Cynthia who was not helpful as well. I don’t understand how this company is so ego centered and cares less about their customer! I didn’t make a big deal about changing items in my order, paying for the extra piñata I didn’t order, the late delivery, but I was expecting some type of compensation for the grass. I paid them over $ 300 for their one day rental and they wouldn’t work with me or suggested any type of arrangements! The def lost my & my fam) business!

Please do not rent a jumper from this company! we rented a waterslide for my sons birthday party and one of the slides cut the kids as they went down. not to mention they gave me a window for delivery between 10 and 12 and the arrived at 3. they came to pick it up at 8. do not sign the delivery copy until you have actually tried out the equipment because once you sign it they will do nothing for you. i spoke to wendy and she said all they could do was offer me 25 dollars off my next order. when i asked for half off in a return check or credit back they said they couldn’t do it. josie refused to return my phone calls. i hope they go out of business soon so no one has to deal with such incompetence!

They gave me a 9−11am delivery window. Didn’t show up until almost 12. I was very annoyed but the bouncy castle was very clean, and they set it up and took it down very quickly. Aside from the late delivery without a phone call it was good.
