There’s been several issues with the property management of my complex Rialto Manor, and I’ve tried to reach out to management at Cannon to address these issue with her and still almost 24 months later she is being rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Excuses are always made for this behavior and she has yet to be held accountable for how she treats tenants. The maintenance came out December 4,2014 to check our air filters and said the following week that we would get new ones. It’s 3 months and a day and I have not received them. Will be calling code enforcement tomorrow. I have contacted management as well as her supervisor regarding the flood light by trash can being replaced they have not worked the 2 years I’ve resided here, and 9 months later lights are still not working so when I come home late or take out my trash at night, it’s pitch black outside near trash cans and parking stalls. In the 23 months I have lived here I have NEVER received my rent receipt on time or on the day I paid my rent, I always receive it months later after numerous calls to management. The office is supposed to be open on Friday’s but it’s never open, in 23 months I have NEVER had the opportunity to pay my rent in person and receive my receipt due to office being closed regularly, I’m forced to drop it through a drop box in door.
