Drinks are always made perfectly fine but the wait time is horrendous. Every single time my fiancé and I go through the drive through, we never expect to leave before 20 minutes. Twenty stinkin minutes. That is ridiculous. Why even have a drive though? This issue needs to be fixed. Additionally, there was a girl(not mentioning names) who was kind a rude to my fiancé about a week ago(in the drive through, of course) who obviously seemed upset because he asked to use the remaining balance on my starbucks card and pay the other of the payment with $ 100. Mind you this was around noon where they would typically accept those bills. So with her nasty attitude, she paid my fiancé back $ 95 in all $ 5 bills. So two things need to be reviewed and fixed for better business: time with drive through and employee’s customer service. Definitely not a Starbucks I would ever recommend people to go to. Sadly, this is the one right around the corner from my new house. I’d rather drive all the way to Redlands if I have to just to have better service.

I’ve come here a few times, usually before or after work. Their staff is very friendly with great customer service. They’ve never messed up my order. But beware of the drive through if you’re in a rush! One of the slowest Starbucks drive throughs I’ve ever been to.

I don’t know why this place only has 3 stars!!! The customer service here is awesome!!! And I’m not just saying that because I wasn’t paying attention to the gas hand on the morning I have a very important appointment and RANOUT of GAS in the drive thru and the employees came out and pushed my Yukon truck out of the way!!! 2 employees! I was so embarrassed yet grateful!!! They even gave me my breakfast for free as I waited for triple A to bring me gas!!! What a morning! But I’m grateful for the help!

Slowest service ever! If you’re in a rush don’t come here… 10minutes in line and there was only 3 cars in front me. By the way that was just to order. Also, they keep you waiting without saying a word when you’re about to order so you think the machine is broken.

Went to purchase a cup from Starbucks. Got the cup ordered a drink. I was asked to take the lid off the cup I looked inside and the cup had been used then put back on the shelf. The manager Amir had trouble doing the refund. Finally got a new cup ordered our drinks and they had trouble making them right. I had to ask for the strawberries for the strawberry acai, I had ordered the caramel waffle cone and had asked for extra caramel. They made the drink and left off the extra caramel. When I asked for the extra caramel the person making drink took off the top of the drink then was asking the manager things. The manager finally took over making the drink put the extra caramel on but left off the waffle cone bits so had to ask for them. The cup I have is a flat top and he made it so high it flowed over and made a big mess. Won’t be going back to this Starbucks unless I’m desperate for a coffee.

Ordered a whole milk steamer with 2 pumps toffee and 2 pumps caramel, caramel frap, and a caramel latte with 2 pumps toffee. The caramel latte was supposed to have coffee in it, just tastes like the whole milk steamer. Tried calling for correction but no one answered. Bit far of a drive to go all the way back when you’re on the way to work. This really urks people who like coffee…

This is by far the slowest Starbucks. Each time I’m here the service is excruciatingly slow. Expect to wait at least15−20 min in the drive thru. Had I not gotten stuck in the line I would’ve left. Lesson learned. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.

Been coming to this Starbucks since they opened and historically, it’s been great. Great service, decent coffee, friendly staff. Yeah, can be long lines in drive-thru, but I expect that now. I don’t know what happened these past couple of months or so, but the wait time has gotten longer, more mistakes on orders and sometimes the coffee just isn’t that good. I’ve gotten a couple of spinach wraps that were still frozen in the middle. I think they have a lot of new staff here, so maybe they’re still training or have had some turnover. I could understand that, but I’m still disappointed in the overall drop in quality at this location.

Writing this review as I sit in the drive thru… Been sitting in the drive thru line for 12 minutes and haven’t even placed my order!!! What’s the point of a drive thru if you aren’t really driving! Been 16 minutes and I just placed my order… without an apology or acknowledgement that the drive thru is excessively backed up! Now I’m waiting for him to check on the availability of an item??? Ok, so after 4 minutes someone else came on the speaker and asked if he could take my order? I explained I was waiting on the s salability of an item and immediately he replied they were out and apologized! Now I’m waiting behind 3 cars to pick up 2 drinks?!? After 23 minutes I’m finally next in line??? After 24 minutes I’m finally paying! It took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks!

Stopped by this starbucks while going to big bear. This was literally the most filthy Starbucks I’ve been to. They even had bums sleeping there. Won’t be back.

It seems like they hired a whole new crew at this Starbucks… Miss the old staff, they were very friendly and great service. Understandable on new hires, but at least train them to have the same hospitality as the old employees. I still continue to come because it’s local and love the place. The reasoning for 3 stars is because this is the second time I had cold sandwiches and them being 86′ on strawberry refresher in 1 week …

I was out and about and driving for miles, lol … Coffee needed now! I went through the drive through. I waited a bit because they were a bit busy but not to bad. Person at the drive through seemed a little slow and I had to tell him how to make my drink, Hmm. It was from the secret menu. I asumed they all knew right. Anyway no big deal got coffee and off I go!

One of the drive through guys remembered my name which I thought was cool. I had a really funny experience once where I had to repeat every aspect of my order 3 – 4 times and it struck me as hilarious because normally I’d think«They need some coffee to wake up» but, I mean, it’s a coffee place.

Sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes to move 3 cars. Ridiculous! I could go to a restaurant and get a freaking cup of coffee faster, oh wait I’m stuck in the drive thru and went from early to work to now I’ll probably be late. Finally get to the order screen to be put on hold. Then I order, she cuts me off and asks if there’s anything else I want… I continue to customize my drink and she actually sighs… wtf. Worst starbucks I have ever been to. The whole process took a total of 28 minutes. 28MINUTESIN A FREAKINGDRIVETHRU!
