The quesalupa did not live up to its advertisements. There was barely any meat in the chalupa. And the cashier was counting money on the food counter. Bad, bad, bad!

First of all, it says that they close at 1am and when we arrived at 11:55pm they told us they were closed. Technically they still could have taken our order if they closed at midnight. Don’t even bother coming here. CHANGEYOUR UnilocalHOURSOFOPERATION.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the Inland Empire what do we need to do to close this location down it needs major inspection its nasty in the kitchen they always have a leaky roof I feel like a night shift plays around around the food I warn you to not go to this location

The slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It’s not like they are making the food fresh so it shouldn’t take so long, right? Oh no! In the drive-thru with 5 cars in front of me, almost half an hour wait! Really??? Go to Bakers across the street — much faster and the food is better.

I just had the worst experience ever here. I’m gonna start off by saying I am SONOT a problem starter. I actually usually avoid confrontation. So I go through the drive– thru and order $ 26 worth of food for my family. The girl at the drive– thru window is handed all three of my bags, never checking them, hurries them through to me and says thank you and closes the window. I stay there, check my bags and I am missing a few things. After waving to try and get her attention, she sees me but keeps taking orders on her headset. So I knock on the window and the cook comes over and says what’s the problem? Long story short, I refuse to be «parked» due to a previous bad experience which upsets her. But I don’t think it’s fair to be made to wait because they got it wrong, while the rest of my food gets cold. So the cook, Im watching her through window, literally drops my bag onto counter on purpose instead of setting it there, now that bothered me. So the cashier, meanwhile, comes out to the car behind me to collect their money and to apologize and tells them I refuse to move. So the passenger in the car comes over and asks me to move, I say look at my bags on the counter, they have to hand them to me, and until they do, I will not move. So the cook gives me bags, and I ask her to please give their customer service # and her name, she refuses and the cashier closes the window on me as I am asking her for my receipt and refuses to open window again. I went into dining room and ask the cook why would she close window? I ask her for # and she says, rudely, it’s on the wall. So I snap a pic of the plaque on wall and she flips out saying I am taking pics and it is illeagal. I said look you refuse to give me your name, my receipt, whenI come back to complain I need proof I was here. Had to call police because they would not give me my receipt, cashier was claiming she threw it away in the outside trash, not true, they just refused to provide me with my receipt. Needless to say, will never come back here again. No manager/shift crew leader on duty. Worst customer service ever. All because the cashier couldn’t check order before it went out.

Sometimes you crave fast food and this may be one of your places, just average food and not as cheap if you order or their regular menu, I always go for the crunchy tacos or burritos but I think the competitor(del T) may have an edge.

THISWASTHEWORSTBYFAR! Taco Bell ever I was in the drive thru for at least 30min when I pulled up to the window I asked for a manager I explained to her that I was in line waiting for ever I was never acknowledged at the window and that’s not even the half of it, when they gave me my food I pulled away the taco was cold as if it was in an ice box and my crunchy wrap supreme had soap in it, I now plan to go there to speak to higher authority on this business I will never eat here again and I hope by reading this you will not ether

During the day its pretty good but the people at night just want to hurry up and leave I ordered a bigbox that cost $ 6.33 but instead of giving me what’s in the meal they gave me 2 Dollar tacos and a griller

Worst Taco Bell in the IE, no question about it. I use to work in the field so I’d eat out a lot and I love Taco Bell. This is by far the worst. Super slow service. They don’t care about the annoying beeping sound from the drive thru. Most importantly, their food is tiny… its about half the size of other TB’s I’ve been too. So its annoying as all hell in there and you get crappy food. Avoid this place like the plague.
