#1 Pack N’ Ship

Really PHENOMENAL experience. Who can say that about any company much less something like shipping.
These folks made it so easy for me to send our my Christmas cookies to family that I’ve gone back at least 3 times since. And I usually don’t mail that much because I dread the post office more than the dentist. (USPS once tried to charge me to tape my box?!)
On the other hand this company really did business from the eyes of the customer. I came by about half an hour before my shift nearby. Not only did she offer to box everything up and call me with a quote, I didn’t have to leave any payment info with them! Wow. Talk about service. I had time to stop for coffee before going to work. She called promptly with a very reasonable rate and took payment over the phone.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Seriously. Don’t go anywhere else. As a matter of fact go out of your way to come visit these folks. You won’t regret it.

Supposedly they’re a certified U-​haul distributor. They have no idea how to operate the system. Had a reservation for their one 8′ pick up truck and they gave it away to someone else because I was more than 30 minutes late. After that I went to an actual U-​Haul dealer and they said that all of the 8′ trucks were reserved. I asked when the next reservation was and they told me 12:30. I then asked if they didn’t show up 30 minutes after 12:30 if I could get the truck. They said no because they still had the reservation. Basically what I’m getting at is that Pack N’ Ship doesn’t honor your reservations and will give your truck away. I strongly advise to never rent a truck from there. If U-​Haul has this destination as your pick up location I would call U-​Haul immediately and change it. It’s ruined my entire day.
