They left my feet soaking for over 30 minutes. When the lady finally got to me she did a poor job and the foot massage lasted 3 minutes total. I asked if that’s how long they typically last she said if you want more you will have to pay a $ 1a min. The worst part is when the lady sitting next to me was done a man w/a dirty old lunch box that had an old scrub brush and dish soap attempted to clean the foot bath part of the pedicure chair. I’m mad at myself that I didn’t walk out at that point.

I came here to have my shellac manicure removed. The lady who helped me didn’t speak much English. She asked me twice if I wanted a pedicure and both times I said no. My nails were soaked in acetone for less than 10 minutes, after which she proceeded to scraped the polish off with a tool. My nails were damaged as a result, and she did little to repair the damage. I had a manicure and normal polish afterwards, which was rushed. I sat at the drying table for less than ten minutes, after which she told me I could leave. Of course, my nails were ruined an hour later because they didn’t fully dry. I think some one of the ladies that works here is good, but as for the one I saw, forget it. Poor service and still ruined nails two weeks later!

I’ve been going to alice nails for years! Wendy is the best at pedis and Mai is the best at nails. They’ve never pushed any other products or services on me. They do ask if u want a design or sea salt rub but never push! All salons upsell. I don’t live near Alice nails but I make the trip out there because they are better then other salons in the area, even Firewheel Spa!!! The spa pedi last about an hour and they even do a hot rock massage free of charge. I take my grandma there, my best friend goes there and my aunt. It’s in an older building so it does need an update but they make up for it in service.

This was the worst excuse for a manicure/pedicure I have ever had. Where do I begin? The nail tech pushed products incessantly, while making excuses the entire time. The hand and foot massage was extremely short. She cut me twice with the scissors and I was bleeding. I specifically asked that there not be polish on the cuticle — my nails ended up an absolute mess. My 10-year-old daughter has done a better job. And she charged me $ 15 more than the price I was quoted when I made the appointment. I overheard a woman across the room saying almost the exact same thing about being over charged. Outrageous. When I got home(to my glasses) and saw what a mess my nails really were — I called them for a refund. They said they didn’t know how to do that.
