Burlington Coat Factory

this place is so gross! I went to the restroom and there was toilet paper EVERYWHERE and it smelled just as bad as it looked and the store is completely empty. I’m not even going to waste my time telling them because if they gave a shit they would fix something about it. I will not be returning here!

This store was minimal in merchandise in every area of clothing. Don’t waste your time if you are looking for just about anything specific. If by chance you do spend some time rummaging, thinking you may find a good deal, PLEASE BE SURE TO GO TO THE RESTROOM BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS LOCATION. The ladies room was absolutely deplorable. I’ll bet the employees take a break and use the facilities at the nearest fast food chain. Do you have a job posting for a building maintenance/​janitor that has not been filled for an unusually long time? Maybe someone should be contact the city health department. I have shopped in many different BCF locations, but, This location takes the award for the worst I’ve ever seen in the DFW Metroplex !!!

Came to look for school uniforms and the place was a mess. Ther are lots of deals to be had as long as your down to dig. This is not a bad thing and lots of selection for everyone and shoes accesories. Just bring patience and im sure you will find a good deal can be had.

The store number is 351. I tried to return a kettle after 6 days from using it it was not working as when u pour hlthe hot water the steam burns your hand so i tried to return it with the receipt but they refused to take it as they mentioned it was used and they cannot resell it again. I mentioned that i am not satisfied with it and i have the receipt they insisted on not returning it. I told Kindyl at the checkout that I want to talk to the manager she mentioned he is in a conference call and can not come to meet me and when i told her i want his name to report this online she said his name is Jason and said that she dont know hos last name I am very disappointed and i am not satisfied. They refused to follow burlington policy in returns.

This is a good spot to get a few ties for about $ 10.00. Other than that they really don’t have too much of nothing else worth buying. I did find a TV wall mount for a 20 inch tv.

The store has been like a dozen other things before it was BCF so I can understand why it looks so run down. But I don’t understand how you can call yourself a coat factory when you don’t have any coats. Might as well rename this location «The void factory» the only thing they had were suit sport coats. Nothing else except regular shirts and pants and shoes. They had more shoes than coats. Wtf to that

I truly hope that corporate management reads this review. The quality of their restrooms is PISS-​POOR. Literally! There’s piss everywhere! I felt like I needed to wipe my feet before I left the restroom but there were no mats. I’ve seen better restrooms at gas stations along the I-​45.

I have just recently visited this Burlington location last week. And well let’s just stay I was VERY disappointed. The times I have gone to this store they never have any merchandise and when they do you can’t find anything because everything is thrown together on one rack! The store is never clean and the dressing rooms reek of urine!!! I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Loved the store compared to the one in Plano up north. The new store manager seem to have improved things and they have nice friendly staff. Things are neatly arranged and I don’t have to walk a lot to get to the various areas within the store. Lines weren’t long either and overall great experience.

I’ve been to the BCF in Dallas (just a little south of 635 at Web Chapel) a few times and have found some great deals. It is also well lit, merchandised, and relatively clean for a discount type store. I assumed that the Richardson BCF would be the same. WRONG. It was horrible. Bad lighting. Dirty and poorly merchandised (call me a snob, i guess, but It’s nice to have sizes indicated on your racks!) A staff that would rather talk to each other and/​or text than even look at you. Which to be fair I can understand based on the people shopping with me. Screaming kids running amok x10. I have kids myself. So I get that they are bored by shopping. Will mess around a bit. But this was wheels off, running, screaming, pulling clothes off racks, using racks for weapons, while their parents ignored them looking for clothes.
