Dan is caring, considerate, thoughtful and experienced — all traits that I highly value in a good counselor! He has many years of experience in counseling which makes him full of good advice. I can imagine Dan is very good with all ages groups. He is very sincere and you get the feeling he truly cares about what you are going through. I would recommend him to anyone seeking solid counsel. I also love his online booking site! Much easier than making a phone call.

Excellent with children and adults. Very accessible and professional. Dan makes you feel comfortable and I can see results after only a couple of visits. We have a long way to go, but it is good to see positive progress. I highly recommend Dan Kirkland.

Sitting down to talk to Dan is like sitting down to catch up with an old friend. He is so easy to talk to, and always has just the right thing to say to illustrate his point, or to make you really think. I’ve seen several therapists over the years, but I’m so happy to have found Dan. You really couldn’t find a more competent, caring, and sincere counselor. Also, he has an online scheduling system that makes setting up and changing appointments so easy.
