Worst. Repairman. EVER. I have been trying to get our Electrolux ice maker repaired for almost THREE MONTHS. He won’t return a phone call, he won’t even order the part. I don’t know how he stays in business but I hope everyone that reads this saves themselves some very valuable time.
I finally had to call Electrolux direct, have the part shipped to me and install it myself. These guys are the worst and I will do whatever I can to make sure as many people as possible know this.
To top it off, he put his sticker on my ice machine for future service. Seriously? Yeah, that thing was removed and trashed already.
Thanks for nothing.

Have dealt with many appliance «service providers» and this is most certainly one of the worst. I won’t bore anyone with the details, but please beware that this man is UNRELIABLE and a FRAUD. Promptly took my check (for hundreds of dollars) and cashed it immediately. Did not even test the unit before he left to see if he fixed it and told me to call him if I still had issues. Of course it was not fixed at all, and I immediately attempted contact. I have called over and over and continue to get no response.
This guy should be SHUT DOWN!!! STAY AWAY!!!

My mother owns a Scotsman ice maker that makes clear ice. It went out on her in October. I was home and offered to call Scotsman to find out whom they recommend to make repairs as she wanted an authorized Scotsman dealer. They recommended several appliance companies and one of them was Drew Appliance Services.
Kirk immediately answered the phone and was available right away – something mom appreciated. He came to the house, diagnosed the issue, collected her ice maker and a few days later returned it where it was fine once again… at least for about 3 weeks. Then the ice maker went out again just like before.
Hoping it was under some sort of warranty from Kirk mom had me to call Drew Appliance Services again. I left a voice mail identifying who I was and what I was calling about. At 11PM at night I got a missed call on the cell phone of Kirk but no voice mail. I called the office number back the next day and got voice mail again so I left another message. No return call. No return voice mails. I called the cell phone and did the same thing. Nothing. By the following week mom was out of school as a teacher so she started making calls and also got voice mail. She left messages. She got no return calls. Being the holidays we thought maybe Kirk shut down his business to go out of town and just forgot to leave a voice mail saying so… but this is now into the first week of January and still no return calls.
I noticed on another website of another reviewer complaining of the EXACT SAME THING about Kirk. This is shady business practice. We are now questioning if he really even «fixed» the ice maker in the 1^st place. Beware!
***We are calling Scotsman to file a complaint so they no longer give out Drew Appliance Service’s name. If we end up talking to Kirk I will be sure to update this review. If you are still reading this then nothing was resolved***
