I’ve been coming her for eye exams and contact for about 4 years or more. Always happy with the service of the staff and doctor. I have recommended the office to co-​workers who were in need of a new eye doctor.

Can I give negative stars???
I took my kids here because they accept CHIP and they are close to my house. It was a terrible experience! Mainly due to the woman working the front desk. She was unfriendly and did not make you feel welcome. After filling out some forms, she said I needed to sign some other papers. She handed me three pages. The first one was blank, except for at the top where it said that I had been provided the HIPAA policy and agreed to whatever the policy said. I looked at the other pages and the policy was not included… so I asked what the policy was, she said she would give it to me and did as I was reading the other two pages which were also agreements/​waiver-​type pages. So, like any person with a brain would do, I read them before signing them. She said to me «Can you please JUST sign your name?» HA! I sure can, as soon as I read what I’m signing, you snotty little…(that’s what I wish I’d said!) As I continued to read the pages, she looked over at another employee and said something in another language. So, right from the start I was pissed. The exams went fine, I suppose. I didn’t get a good feeling from anyone there. We were also there for an hour and a half and I’ve never had an eye exam take more than 30 minutes. Needless to say, I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.
