Fast, efficient, effective and friendly. The best words you can come up with when grading a place.
I came in to get my eye checked due to my baby accidentally poking my eyeball. This is probably the most annoying pain ever. My eyes could not stay open for long as well as have constant tears falling. No I was not crying!
Doctor Hardin gave me a good assessment and provided me with a great solution. My eye felt 200% times better after the visit. I can actually walk around with my eye open. I would definitely recommend going to this place again for any concerns for your eye.

I got an appointment the very next day when I called to inquire. They were very friendly and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Dr. Scott Harris was extremely nice and approachable; the kind of person you could see yourself hanging out with. No complaints!

I see Dr. Henry Kraus, and he’s terrific. He’s the first optometrist that got my multi-​focal prescription correct. He fitted me in new daily lenses that have been a Godsend. He tweaked until we got my script exactly right. The staff in his office is amazing. One of his associates helped me, at no charge, to retrieve a piece of a torn contact lens that had lodged in my eye. The staff is friendly, helpful and caring. I’m so glad I was referred to Dr. Kraus.

Wonderful place, caring staff, everyone very smart and professional. Dr Hardin is excellent, am so glad to have such good care. All are friendly and listen to you, have a great approach to helping the patient. Highly recommend this eye care practice. Adjacent optical shop has a range of styles and prices… I love my new frames! Very nice customer service.

I have been going to this establishment for a few years now and have seen both Dan and Tara Hardin. Both are highly professional and thorough yet very personable. The optical dispensary is staffed by very friendly and helpful staff members that have made sure that every need I have had was taken care of.
I could not recommend this palce any higher for your eye care needs.

Eye Care Associates is a top notch operation! I have gone to several optometrists over the years, and decided to check out one with good reviews on Unilocal,and nearby in Richardson, and I was not disappointed!
Dr. (Dan) Harrin was very friendly, fast, and informative! Even the receptionist was top of the list, and both quick and courteous!
I WILL be going back!

I have been going to eye care assoc for over 10 years– I was seeing Krauss first then due to insurance change switched to Hardin. They are all wonderful, I feel like they treat you like family. Such kind caring doctors.
I recommend everyone to them. Bonus– amazing eye glasses selection!

My experience at Eye Care Associates was the best I have ever had at an eye dr. Dr. Hardin is very personable and professional. In other offices, I have felt like I was being sold to, here I felt like I was being cared for. The focus was on my eyes and my health, not on selling me more stuff.
I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Eye Care Associates and Dr. Krauss. He has been my eye doctor for about 25 years (I have worn glasses since age 6 and contacts since age 11). I have been to other eye doctors as an adult, at times when I was living in another city or when he wasn’t on my insurance. Every time I do that I’m always dissatisfied – once I was even given the wrong prescription entirely! Even though I now live in Austin, I schedule my eye care visits whenever I happen to be in Dallas because I won’t go anywhere else again even if it costs a little more.

You are bound to get an excellent eye exam as well as great eye-​health care here. I have known Dr. Hardin personally well for many years. He is awesome and knows what he is doing.
