Frank Xinqing Fan

My daughter was in the hospital for a week at Christmas, and this Dr. Fan was the GI called in to as a consult. I still have not been able to complete the hospital review because she still is not well, but this review will be shorter, so I have a little more time to complete it.
Dr. Fan is a wonderful and understanding man. He was very kind to my daughter and very, very personable. My daughter’s disorder is treatable, but not curable, so it is difficult to find a doctor that doesn’t get frustrated and say there is nothing more.
We were at this stage again when my daughter was hospitalized and her primary called in Dr. Fan. He immediately looked at her tests and came in with a workable treatment plan, verses the frustrated and unwilling to try attitude.
I had to call the hospital for his phone number, and I was given his cell phone number. He was very understanding and told me to call that number if I ever needed help for my daughter.
We went in for a followup and he was very professional and friendly, just as with our previous encounters.
If you ever find yourself in need for a GI doctor, I can highly recommend Dr. Fan.
