They charged my account, never delivered the product, and never responded to my attempts to contact them. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB.

i placed an order, paid extra to have it delivered in 3 days. whenever i call the number on the website 1−855−719−4723 or direct 972−423−4160 a woman answers says «i cannot hear you, customer i will need to call you back.»
i knew something was wrong because i did not get the tracking number 2 days after i ordered and when i called the lady cynthia garcia said she will check with the shipping department. no call back. they have caller id and guaranteed if they recognize your phone number your call will be punted to voicemail.
i ordered graduation gowns to be used for a church youth event. having to tell them i was scammed by these people was a let down. these people should be ashamed of themselves. the funny thing about it, on the website there’s an option for «live chat» yeah, that’s a crock too its an email option to reach them.
trust me if i lived in texas i would take a visit down to the address, but that may be fake too just like to company.

I should have listened my sister for her advice to just rent it from school but
it was little cheaper to purchase it from
so I decided to order it.
BIG MISTAKE!
I placed order on April 29 and it was a MONTH before my graduation.
I thought ONE MONTH is enough time to receive my order and guess what? WRONG!
I did not receive anything and I contacted the company on May 12.
I talked to Nicole, the manager and she said she will contact Fedex and call me back. I waited over two weeks and SHE DID NOT CALL ME BACK, NOT EVEN ONCE.
Totally ignoring my calls. Nicole, really? Was that your best?
Ignoring customer’s call on missing package? sigh.
Last thing she said was to order it AGAIN, pay $ 46 AGAIN.
I said «No» because I had only one week till my graduation and
I did not want to go through all the hell again.
Then she told me to go to Post Office to check. I DID and there was NOTHING.
She said my order is in «delivered» status and she is doing a BIG FAVOR
helping me. Seriously???
Finally the person who was doing me a HUGE FAVOR stopped answering
my phone calls when I was so frustrated and I only had TWO DAYS till my graduation.
So much trouble for stupid gown order.
I ended up going to school at the last minute to rent my stuff and
I still did not get my refund. They told me to file POLICE REPORT if I want. What???
Long story short:
You order something on-​line, your package is missing
(or never sent to you, who knows),
they ask you to order it AGAIN, and when you refuse, they STOP answering
your phone call and you do not get refund.
Wow.
Worst customer service EVER. NOT recommend this site to anyone.
