Our company currently has an account with GXA and we are very displeased with their services. Below are a few reasons why: 1. We are current on our monthly payments and today the company remotely put our account on hold due to a bill for extra charges from June of 2014(that we don’t agree with) just now brought to our attention. We now have no live phones or access to the internet for web based services. 2. When you call for IT support they do not assist at that time, but rather call back at a random time and date of their choosing. 3. Tony, an account manager of theirs is extremely unprofessional. He has cost us time and money due to falsely representing the services their company was able to offer regarding a VOIP system. Furthermore after«loaning» a server to us for 8 months, he decides we will start being charged $ 50 a day until we buy it from them. He is also threatening to physically remove the server by force on our private property. I would recommend choosing any other company for your IT needs.
