Hair Art By Cindy

I can’t express how much I adore Cindy. I’ve been to various stylists who have these grand ideas which do not fit my style nor my lifestyle. After suffering through years of bad or strange haircuts, I had been reluctant to get my hair cut or styled anymore. After finding Cindy, she listened patiently and helped me find example pictures; and has consistently cut my hair to look great. I just had my hair cut recently and all friends /​family always tell me how great my hair looks. Thankfully, Cindy understands me and my hair well enough so that blow drying and styling at home are not required; I just wash, brush and drive off with wet hair every morning for a good look.

I have had approximately 23, 798 bad hair days. A large part of them stem from the fact as one hairdresser told me, «You don’t really have bad hair, just don’t expect it to do anything.»
Cindy listens. Cindy gets it. Cindy is the first hairstylist I have ever had in my 67 years of «Well, it will grow out» haircuts, that really, really did what I asked. She is AMAZING!!!
In my 40’s I actually found someone who could cut my hair. Alas, poor health forced him to retire about 5 years ago. Since then, I have been living in Bad Hair Day Hell.
I have had really bad haircuts, I have had very good haircuts, if one does not factor in to the experience that I specifically asked for it not to be nearly as short as last time and please cut it to enhance the natural curl… and then he blew it out straight and it was 5 months before I needed another cut.
I am a chef. My head sweats horribly. I have a fair amount of baby fine hair. If you put a bunch of product on it, it becomes a mass of goo. I keep trying to explain to people that I don’t want the product, if they blow it dry, it looks like a helmet head, and if they spray it, it will be a disaster.
FINALLY someone listened!!! FINALLY someone actually took the time to cut my hair so that I can let it do what it wants to do, and it looks GREAT!!!
Cindy is an incredibly gifted hair stylist, make no mistake about that. What is most important to me is that she LISTENED. I can’t begin to tell you what that means to me.
Every morning when I run my fingers thru my wet hair, and finger style it, letting it dry au natural, and it softly curls in a very attractive way, I firstly thank G-​d for Cindy, but am so relieved I don’t have to keep counting Bad Hair Days.

Cindy is special! She has been my only hair stylist for over 30 years. She has been in a few different salons in and around the city, I have followed her to each one. She is patient, compassionate and has become a good family friend. My daughter got married almost 4 years ago. Cindy styled all the girls hair in the wedding party. They all looked beautiful, especially the bride! I can’t say enough good things about her!

Absolutely incredible. I lived away from Dallas for four years but would still make the six hour drive back to Dallas to see Cindy. I would not trust anyone else. Not only is she an excellent hair stylist but she is a fantastic person who genuinely cares about her clients. To be honest, I am an extremely frustrating and difficult customer, and I do not know how Cindy puts up with me. She not only puts up with me but she ALWAYS finds a way to make me happy. She is the best!

I first sat in Cindy’s chair a little over two years ago… I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair but I needed a change. She made me feel at ease and confident in her abilities from the start. We talked a little about cut and color options and I was really indecisive. She was patient and listened to me talk about bad past hair cuts. I gave her artistic freedom to do what she does and I was thrilled with the result. She managed to do everything I wanted including hide my insecurities all while making me laugh until my sides hurt. She is excellent at her craft and goes above and beyond in the customer service department.
You will not regret going to see Cindy!
